| Abstract: | This study aims to investigate the role of judicial jurisprudence in safeguarding and protecting the rights of divorced women by analyzing court rulings related to the legal consequences of the dissolution of marriage. There is no doubt that divorced women have legitimate rights that arise from the moment of divorce, whether it is granted by a court ruling or in accordance with an approved legal formula. Although the primary function of the judiciary is to apply the legislative texts governing divorce rulings and their consequences, the judiciary, particularly at the level of the Supreme Court, plays a complementary role in establishing legal principles and giving reference value to certain rulings through its interpretative and exegetical jurisprudence. This study therefore seeks to highlight this interpretative judicial role as an effective tool for strengthening the protection of the rights of divorced women |
