dc.description.abstractThis study aims to examine the impact of digital transformation on enhancing the quality of career; to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers use the descriptive-analytical method, as it is suitable for describing and analyzing the study and gaining deeper insights into it. This takes place through describing the theoretical concepts of the study—such as digital transformation and quality of career—and analyzing how digital transformation contributes to enhancing the quality of career. The study concludes with several key findings, the most significant of which is that digital transformation has a direct impact on the quality of career. It contributes to improving competencies, developing skills, enhancing communication, coordination, and organization, and increasing the sense of belonging and loyalty, among other aspects. In light of these results, the researchers present a set of recommendations, most notably: developing mechanisms to train employees within organizations on the effective use of modern technologie, with the aim onto enhance their performance, and motivating them to keep pace with the use of modern digital technologiesen_US
