This is considered a significant step in supporting and strengthening the administrative judiciary. These newly established courts are expected to play an crucial role in promoting effective administrative justice, as they process exclusive jurisdiction over appeals. This research paper analyzes the role of appellate administrative courts by highlighting their importance and the impact of their organization on their effective functioning, their ability to enhance the efficiency of the administrative judiciary, increase its productivity, and ensure the quality of its decisions. Adopting an analytical approach by examining the relevant legal texts, it has become evident that their organizational structure, management flexibility, and jurisdiction enable them to advance administrative justice and ensure the quality of first-instance court rulings, given the expertise of their members. However, the nature of their collegial formation may negatively impact their productivity |
