الصحة النفسية و علاقتها بالمخططات المعرفية الالتكيفية لدى الأئمة و الإختصاصيين النفسانيين ـ دراسة مقارنة ـ

Abstract

سعت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستويات الصحة النفسية وطبيعة المخططات المعرفية لدى الأمهات والاختصاصيين النفسيين، واستكشاف العلاقة بين المتغيرين لدى الأمهات والاختصاصيين، ومقارنة الفروق بين المجموعتين. اعتمدت في دراستي على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي المقارن، حيث تم تطبيقها على عينة قوامها 60 مفردة (30 أمًّا و30 اختصاصيًا نفسيًا)، باستخدام أداتين هما: مقياس الصحة النفسية (SCL) ومقياس المخططات المعرفية (YSQ-SF، 1994). وأظهرت النتائج وجود مستويات مرتفعة من الصحة النفسية لدى الأمهات والاختصاصيين دون فروق دالة إحصائيًا بينهما، كما بيّنت أن الأمهات أكثر انتشارًا للمخططات المعرفية اللاوظيفية (المشكلات العامة، المزمنة، والمتطورة)، بخاصة المخططات ذات الطابع العلائقي (السلوك الذي لا يتوقعه الاختصاصي النفسي). كما أظهرت النتائج ارتباطًا عكسيًا بين الصحة النفسية وتسعة مخططات معرفية لدى الأمهات، وأربعة عشر مخططًا لدى الاختصاصيين النفسيين. وُجدت فروق دالة إحصائيًا في تسعة مخططات معرفية بين الأمهات والاختصاصيين، إذ سجّلت الأمهات مستويات أعلى، مما يفسر أثر تلك المخططات في تعزيز اختلال الصحة النفسية. وتبيّن أن أكثر المخططات انتشارًا لدى الأمهات هو "التضحية"، بينما كان "الامتناع عن التعبير عن المشاعر" هو الأكثر انتشارًا لدى الاختصاصيين. تشير هذه النتائج إلى أن الأمهات قد يعتمدن على نمط معرفي معين مقابل تبني اختصاصيّ النفس نمطًا آخر، مما يعكس اختلافات في البناء المعرفي، ويبرز أهمية تقديم برامج تدخل معرفي تهدف إلى التركيب المعرفي والصحي، بما قد يسهم في تحسين الفعالية الأسرية أو المهنية لكل منهما The study aimed to reveal the levels of mental health and the nature of cognitive schemas among mothers and psychological specialists, explore the relationship between the two variables In both groups, and compare the differences between them. The study employed a comparative correlational descriptive method, applied to a sample of 60 participants (30 mothers and 30 psychological specialists), using two instruments: the Mental Health Scale (SCL) and the Cognitive Schemas Scale (YSQ-SF, 1994). The results showed high levels of mental health among both mothers and specialists, with no statistically significant differences between them. The mothers exhibited a higher prevalence of dysfunctional cognitive schemas (general, chronic, and evolving problems), especially relational schemas (behavior not anticipated by the psychological specialist). The results also indicated a negative correlation between mental health and nine cognitive schemas among mothers, and fourteen schemas among specialists. Statistically significant differences were found in nine cognitive schemas between the two groups, with mothers scoring higher, indicating the impact of these schemas in impairing mental health. The most prevalent schema among mothers was "self-sacrifice," while "emotional inhibition" was most prevalent among specialists. These results suggest that mothers tend to adopt a certain cognitive pattern, while psychological specialists adopt another, reflecting differences in cognitive structures and highlighting the importance of implementing cognitive intervention programs aimed at restructuring cognition and health, which may contribute to improving family or professional effectiveness for both groups
