Abstract

• الخلفية: تشير الصورة الوالدية إلى التصور أو الانطباع الذي يحمله الشخص عن والديه أو عن دور الوالدين في حياته. يمكن أن تكون هذه الصورة متأثرة بتجارب الطفولة والتنشئة والتي يتم الكشف عنها من خلال تحليل محتوى المقابلة العيادية،اختبار الصور الوالدية dpi واختبار رسم العائلة . • الهدف : التعرف على نوعية الصورة الوالدية لدى الطفل المصاب بمرض الربو • المنهج : استخدمت الدراسة المنهج العيادي ودراسة الحالة، على حالات (4 إناث ) تتراوح أعمارهن ما بين (6-10سنة)، تم اختيارهن بطريقة قصدية من مؤسسات تربوية ( ابتدائية عائشة نواصر ، وابتدائية عانو حاسي بستان ،ابتدائية سيدي عبد الرحمان)مختلفة متواجدة بمنطقة ورقلة . • النتائج : أظهرت نتائج الدراسة الصورة الوالدية لدى الطفل المصاب بمرض الربو تتسم بالايجابية، بالإضافة الى زيادة الإحساس بالحماية والبحث عن الاعتمادية، كما أن الطفل المصاب بمرض الربو يستخدم ميكانيزم الكبت والإنكار. Background The parental image refers to the perception or impression an individual holds about their parents or about the parental role in their life. This image may be influenced by childhood experiences and upbringing, and can be revealed through the analysis of clinical interview content, the DPI (Draw-a-Parental-Image) test, and the Family Drawing Test. Objective To identify the nature of the parental image in children diagnosed with asthma- Methodology The study employed a clinical and case study approach, involving four female participants aged between 6 and 10 years. They were intentionally selected from different educational institutions in the Ouargla region: Aicha Nawasir Primary School, Anou Hassi Bostane Primary School, and Sidi Abdelrahman Primary School Results The results indicated that the parental image in children with asthma is characterized by positivity, along with an increased sense of protection and a tendency toward dependency. Additionally, children with asthma were found to utilize defense mechanisms such as repression and denail.
