نمط التعلق لدى الطفل المصاب بالصرع (دراسة عيادية لثلاث حالات بولاية توقرت)

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على نمط التعلق لدى الطفل المصاب بالصرع وللوصول إلى الأهداف المراد تحقيقها تم الاعتماد على المنهج العيادي القائم على دراسة الحالةعلى ثلاث حالات من الأطفال المصابين مرض الصرع (02 إناث و01 ذكر) تتراوح أعمارهم بين 10و11سنة. استخدمت الدراسة مجموعه من الأدوات النفسية والمتمثلة في المقابلة العيادية نصف الموجهة لجمع المعلومات، مقياس نمط التعلق لدوتا فنزي (2012)، اختبار رسم العائلة للويس كورمانواختبار الإدراك الأسري الFATلسوتيل وزملائه. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن نمط التعلق لدى الطفل المصاب بالصرع هو نمط التعلقغير الآمنويدرك الطفل المصاب بالصرع طبيعة العلاقات الاسريه على أنها صراعية. The present study aims to explore the attachment style in children diagnosed with epilepsy. In order to achieve the research objectives, a clinical case study methodology was employed, focusing on three cases of children with epilepsy (two females and one male) aged between 10 and 11 years. A set of psychological assessment tools was utilized, including the semi-structured clinical interview for data collection, the Attachment Style Questionnaire developed by Dotta-Fonzi (2012), the Family Drawing Test by Louis Corman, and the Family Apperception Test (FAT) by Sottile and colleagues. The findings of the study revealed that children with epilepsy predominantly exhibit an insecure attachment style. Furthermore, these children tend to perceive family relationships as characterized by conflict.
