خلل الوظيفة الجنسية لدى المرأة المصابة بالعجز الكلوي الخاضعة للتصفية دراسة عيادية لحالتين بمصحة الواحات-توقرت

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على خلل الوظيفة الجنسية لدى المرأة المصابة بالعجز الكلوي المزمن والخاضعة للتصفية. وذلك باستخدام المنهج العيادي ودراسة الحالة على حالتين، جنس اناث، متزوجات، تم اختيارهما بطريقة قصدية تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين(36-44) سنة. واستخدام أدوات الدراسة في المقابلة النصف موجهة واختبار تفهم الموضوع(TAT). توصلت نتائج الدراسة الى أن النساء المصابات بالعجز الكلوي المزمن يعانين من اضطرابات في الوظيفة الجنسية تتجلى في انخفاض الرغبة الجنسية، ونقص الشهوة، والألم أثناء الجماع كما تتجلى معاناتهن النفسية من خلال ميكانيزمات دفاعية كالانكار والنكوص وأنماط قلق مرتبطة بتقبل أو رفض المرض. أثبتت نتائج الدراسة صحة الفرضيتين حيث تبين أن الخلل الجنسي لدى هذه الفئة من النساء هو ظاهرة تتشابك فيها العوامل الجسدية والنفسية وتنعكس في الأداء الجنسي والاستجابات الاسقاطية، يظهر هذا الخلل في الكشف عن صراعات أعمق تتعلق بالهوية، القدرة والرغبة. This Study aims to shed light on Sexual dysfunction in women with chronic renal failure and Undergoimg dialysis, using a clinical approach and a case study on two cases, both married women, who were intentionally selected and whose ages ranged between (44-36) years. The study tools were a semi-structured interview and a Theme Attraction Test (TAT). The study results concluded that women with chronic impotence suffer from disorders in sexual function, manifested in decreased Sexual desire, decreased libido, and pain during intercourse. Their psychological Suffering is also manifested through defense mechanisms Such as thoughts, regression, and anexiety patterns related to accepting or rejecting an offer. The study results supported the Validity of the two hypotheses, as it showed that Sexual dysfunction in this category of women is a phenomenon in which physical and psychological factors are intertwined and is reflected in Sexual performance and projective respnses,This dysfunction appers in Uncovering deeper struggles related to indentity,ability, and desire.
