تطبيق "بريدي موب" ودوره في تسهيل المعاملات المالية دراسة ميدانية على عينة من المستخدمين

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دوافع استخدام طلبة جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة لتطبيق "بريدي موب"، والإشباعات التي يلبيها التطبيق لديهم، بالإضافة إلى التحديات التي يواجهونها أثناء استخدامه.اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي، وتم توزيع استمارة الاستبيان على قصدية تمثل في الطلبة ب 150 مفردة. توصلنا الى أظهرت النتائج أن تطبيق "بريدي موب" يلعب دورًا مهمًا في تسهيل الإجراءات المالية للطلبة، من خلال توفير وسيلة سريعة وآمنة لإنجاز المعاملات المالية دون الحاجة إلى زيارة مكاتب البريد بشكل مباشر. كما تبين أن التطبيق يلبي حاجات الطلبة في الراحة والسرعة والأمان، رغم وجود بعض التحديات المتعلقة بصعوبة استخدام بعض الوظائف التقنية وعدم توفر الدعم الفني الكافي.

This study aims to identify the motivations for the use of the "bridi mob " application by the students of the University of Kasdi-Merbah Ouargla, the gratifications that the application meets for them, as well as the challenges they face while using it. In our study, we relied on the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire form was distributed to an intentional group of 150 students. We found that the results showed that the "bridi mob " application plays an important role in facilitating financial procedures for students, by providing a fast and secure way to complete financial transactions without the need to visit post offices directly. It was also found that the application meets students’ needs for comfort, speed, and safety, although there are some challenges related to the difficulty of using some technical functions and the lack of sufficient technical support.
