إستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال وأثره على تحسين جودة العملية التعلمية دراسة ميدانية على طلبة جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة معرفة إستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال وأثره على تحسين جودة العملية التعلمية بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والإجتماعية، قســــم علوم الإعلام والإتصال، تخصص إتصال جماهيري ووسائط متعددة بجامعة جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة ، وقد تمحورت إشكالية دراستنا حول أثر إستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال و أثره على تحسين جودة العملية التعلمية والتي اندرجت تحت الأسئلة الفرعية التالية: - ماهي عادات وأنماط إستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال لدى طلبة جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة ؟ 2- ما هو دافع طلبة جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة في إستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال ؟ 3- ماهي الإشباعات المحققة من إستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال لدى طلبة جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة ؟ 4- ماهي تأثيرات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال على جودة العملية التعلمية لدى طلبة جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة ؟ ، وبعد تحديد المفاهيم الرئيسية المتعلقة بالدراسة وعرض بعض الدراسات السابقة ذات الصلة بالموضوع ثم الخوض في المجال البشري الذي إعتمدنا فيه على العينة المقصودة، وإستخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باعتباره الأنسب لدراستنا ثم انتقلنا إلى الدراسة الميدانية حيث وزعنا 50 إستمارة إلكترونية موثقة بجدية عبر الإيمايل ، وقد توصلنا لجملة النتائج التالية: - تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال ساهمت في تحسين التواصل والإتصال خلال التعلم . - تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال مكنت من تطوير جودة التعليم العالي . - تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال قد سهل نظام تقويم التحصيل الدراسي للطلبة . - تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال رفعت مستوى طموحات الطالب الجامعي للتفوق والمنافسة مع جامعات دولية .

This study aims to investigate the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and its impact on improving the quality of the educational process at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Department of Media and Communication, with a focus on Mass Communication and New Media at Kasdi Merbah University, Ouargla. The central issue of our study revolves around the effect of ICT use on enhancing the quality of the educational process. This was explored through the following sub-questions: 1. What are the usage habits and patterns of ICT among students at Kasdi Merbah University, Ouargla? 2. What motivates students at Kasdi Merbah University, Ouargla, to use ICT? 3. What satisfactions are achieved from using ICT by students at Kasdi Merbah University, Ouargla? 4. What is the impact of ICT on the quality of the educational process for students at Kasdi Merbah University, Ouargla? After defining the main concepts related to the study and reviewing some previous studies related to the topic, we proceeded to analyze the human sample, based on a targeted sample. We used a descriptive-analytical approach, which was the most appropriate for our study. Then, we moved to the field study phase, where we distributed 50 electronic surveys via email, ensuring their credibility. The following key results were obtained: contributed to improving communication during (ICT) nformation and Communication Technology - .the learning process - ICT helped in the development of the quality of higher education. e .academic performanc ‘ICT facilitated the evaluation system of students- ICT increased university students’ aspirations for excellence and competition with international -universities
