دور الاتصال الغير رسمي في تفعيل أداء العمال (دراسة ميدانية بمديرية الحماية المدنية لولاية ورقلة)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الاتصال غير الرسمي في تفعيل أداء العمال بمدرية الحماية المدنية بولاية ورقلة ، حيث انطلقت من التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: ما هو دور الاتصال غير الرسمي في تفعيل أداء العمال بمدرية الحماية المدنية بولاية ورقلة؟ وتتفرع منه الأسئلة الفرعية التالية:  ماهي أنواع ووسائل الاتصال غير الرسمي المستخدمة بمديرية الحماية المدنية بورقلة؟  ما هي استخدامات الاتصال غير الرسمي لدى أفراد مديرية حماية المدنية بورقلة؟  كيف يساهم الاتصال غير الرسمي في تفعيل أداء العمال بمدرية الحماية المدنية بولاية ورقلة؟  ماهي أخطار وعوائق استخدام الاتصال غير الرسمي ضمن الاستراتيجية الاتصالية بمديرية الحماية المدنية بورقلة؟ اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي كما تم توزيع استمارة الاستبيان على العاملين بالادارة وقمنا بتفريغ النتائج باستخدام برنامجspssرقم 26. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الاتصال غير الرسمي يلعب دورا محوريا في تفعيل أداء العمال داخل المؤسسة، خاصة عندما يتم توظيفه في إطار إيجابي يخدم أهداف التنظيم، ويعزز من روح التعاون والثقة بين الموظفين. كما بيّنت النتائج أن وجود بيئة اتصال منفتحة تسمح بتبادل الآراء والمعلومات بشكل غير رسمي يسهم في تحسين التفاعل الداخلي والتقليل من التوترات الإدارية

This study aims to explore the role of informal communication in enhancing employee performance at the Directorate of Civil Protection in the Wilaya of Ouargla. The research was guided by the following main question: What is the role of informal communication in activating employee performance at the Directorate of Civil Protection in Ouargla? From this central question, the following sub-questions were derived: • What are the types and means of informal communication used within the Directorate of Civil Protection in Ouargla? • How is informal communication utilized by members of the Civil Protection Directorate in Ouargla? • How does informal communication contribute to enhancing employee performance within the Directorate? • What are the risks and barriers associated with the use of informal communication within the communication strategy of the Civil Protection Directorate in Ouargla? The study adopted the descriptive method, and a questionnaire was distributed to employees of the administration. The collected data were processed using SPSS version 26. The results of the study revealed that informal communication plays a central role in improving employee performance within the institution, particularly when it is used in a positive manner that supports organizational goals and fosters cooperation and trust among employees. Furthermore, the findings showed that the existence of an open communication environment that allows for the informal exchange of opinions and information contributes to improved internal interaction and a reduction in administrative tensions.
