Abstract

تناولنا من خلال دراستنا "تأثير تكنولوجيا الاعلام والاتصال في العملية الاتصالية بين الأولياء والمؤسسات التربوية " والتي ركزنا فيها على مجموعة من أولياء الامور الذين يستخدمون منصة فضاء الأولياء كمنصة رقمية أطلقتها وزارة التربية الوطنية. تحددت اشكالية الدراسة في التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: ما هو تأثير استخدام تطبيق فضاء الأولياء على فعالية العملية الاتصالية بين الأولياء والمؤسسات التربوية؟ وبما أن هذه الدراسة تنتمي الى الدراسات الوصفية، فقد اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي واستخدام استمارة الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات من المبحوثين، واعتمدنا في دراستنا نظرية الاستخدامات والإشباعات والنظرية الحتمية التكنولوجية كمقاربة نظرية، وبعد عرض وتحليل النتائج توصلنا الى ان: ساهم فضاء الأولياء في تسهيل التواصل بين الأولياء والمؤسسات التربوية خاصة في متابعة النتائج الدراسة والتواصل الاداري ويمثل فضاء الأولياء خطوة فعالة نحو رقمنة الاتصال التربوي، لكنه يحتاج إلى تحسينات تقنية وتنظيمية لضمان فعالية واستمرارية استخدامه مما ساهمت منصة فضاء الأولياء في تحسين عملية الاتصال ، من خلال توفير خدمات مثل الاطلاع على النتائج ، ومتابعة الغيابات تلقي الاشعارات ،والتواصل مع الطاقم التربوي ، إلا أن الدراسة كشفت أيضاً عن عدة تحديات مثل ضعف التفاعل من طرف المؤسسات التربوية وعدم آنية المعلومات ، وصعوبات تقنية في استخدام المنصة من طرف بعض الأولياء.

In our study we explored "The Impact of Information and Communication Technology on the Communication Process Between Parents and Educational Institutions"، with a focus on a group of parents who use the "Espace des Parents" platform — a digital platform launched by the Ministry of National Education. The research problem was defined through the following main question: What is the impact of using the parents Space application on the effectiveness of the communication process between parents and educational institutions ? Since this study falls within the scope of descriptive research، we adopted the descriptive method and used a questionnaire as a tool for collecting data and information from the participants. The theoretical framework of our study was based on the Uses and Gratifications Theory and the Technological Determinism Theory. After presenting and analyzing the results، we concluded that: The Espace des Parents platform has contributed to facilitating communication between parents and educational institutions، particularly in tracking academic performance and administrative communication. It represents an effective step toward the digitalization of educational communication. However، it still requires technical and organizational improvements to ensure its efficiency and sustainability. The platform helped improve the communication process by offering services such as viewing academic results، tracking absences، receiving notifications، and communicating with the educational staff. Nonetheless، the study also revealed several challenges، including limited interaction from educational institutions، non-instantaneous information، and technical difficulties in using the platform by some parents.
