Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع التعليم عن بعد في جامعة قاصدي مرباح بورقلة. من وجهة نظر أساتذة قسم علوم الإعلام والاتصال بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية. وهذا من خلال التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: - ما هو واقع التعليم عن بعد بجامعة قاصدي مرباح بورقلة، من وجهة نظر أساتذة قسم علوم الإعلام والاتصال؟. ولقدتماستخدام المنهج التحليلي الوصفي في هذه الدراسة لغرض وصف وتحليل واقع التعليم عن بعد بالجامعة. كما تم استخدام العينة القصدية، وذلك بقصد عينة من فئة الأساتذة الدين يدرسون عن بعد، وتطبيقالمقابَلةأداةًرَئيسيَّةًفيهذهالدراسة. حيث أسفرتنتائجالدراسةعلىأن التعليم عن بعد في جامعة قاصدي مرباح بورقلة لم يعد مجرد توجه أو خيارا حتميا لتجاوز الأزمات فقط. بل أضحى مقوما من مقومات الجودة. وهذا من شأنه أن يجعل التعليم العالي في الجزائر مواكبا لعصر الرقمنة. فهو نمط من أنماط التعليم المتطورة إلى حد بعيد، التي يتشارك فيها الطالب والأستاذ في العملية التعليمية ضمن بيئة افتراضية تفاعلية خارج الفضاءات المغلقة وقيود الزمان والمكان.

This study aimed to understand the reality of distance education at KasdiMerbah University of Ouargla, from the perspective of professors in the Department of Information and Communication Sciences at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. This was done through the following main question: - What is the reality of distance education at KasdiMerbah University of Ouargla, from the perspective of professors in the Department of Information and Communication Sciences? The descriptive analytical method was used in this study to describe and analyze the reality of distance education at the university. Purposive sampling was also used, targeting a sample of professors who teach remotely, and the interview was applied as the main tool in this study. The study results revealed that distance education at KasdiMerbah University of Ouargla is no longer merely a trend or an inevitable option to overcome crises. Rather, it has become a component of quality. This will enable higher education in Algeria to keep pace with the digital age. It is a highly developed form of education in which the student and professor share in the educational process within an interactive virtual environment outside closed spaces and the constraints of time and place.
