واقع استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في التحصيل العلمي لدى الطلبة الجامعيين ( دراسة ميدانية على عينة طلبة سنة أولى ماستر إعلام واتصال جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بلوغ مجموعة أهداف تتمحور في مضمونها حول بناء تصور واضح عن واقع استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في التحصيل العلمي لدى الطلبة أولي ماستر أعلام والاتصال بالجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة، وتسليط الضوء عن وجهة نظرهم في كيفية التعامل مع هذه التقنية ، والكشف عن التحديات التي تواجههم أثناء استخدامها ، والتعرف على الإنعكسات استخدام الذكاء لاصطناعي في تحصيل العلمي لدى طلبة ومعرفة رضا الطلبة على ما يقدمه الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحصيلهم العلمي من اجل دراسة هذا الموضوع اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي لجمع البيانات إضافة إلي استمارة الاستبيان التي تم التحقق من صدقها والتأكد من ثباتها ووزعت على عينة العشوائية البسيطة تتكون من (65) مفردة من مجتمع البحث يتكون من( 259) من طلبة خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني لشهر مارس من العام الدراسي (2024 / 2025 ) ومن خلال الدراسة المتحصل عليها نعتبر أن اغلب الطلبة يفضلون استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في التحصيل العلمي عن طريق استغلالهم لتطبيقاته كاGhatGptفي مساعدتهم في تحضير دروسهم وأبحاثهم ومن بين التحديات التي تواجه طلبة في استخدام لتقنية الذكاء الاصطناعي في التحصيل العلمي صعوبة في فهم المصطلحات العلمية المعقدة التي يقدمها الذكاء الاصطناعي ومن بين الإنعكسات الإيجابية التي تخلفها تقنية الذكاء الاصطناعي على الطالب زيادة الثقة والتطوير قدرات التفكير النقدي من خلال رفع مستوى التفاعل بين الطالب والأستاذ ام الإنعكسات السلبية التي تخلفها على طالب جاهزية المعلومات ووفرتها أدى إلي تكاسل الطالب في إنجاز أبحاثه ودروسه وكذلك غالبية الطلبة راضون على ما يقدمه الذكاء الاصطناعي وبرامجه من معلومات قيمة والمفيدة أدت إلي خلق العزيمة عند الطلبة في التحاقهم بدورات الخاصة من أجل تطوير من قدراتهم الفكرية وتعلم في كيفية التعامل مع هذه البرامج .

This study aims to achieve a set of objectives centered around forming a clear understanding of the reality of using artificial intelligence in academic achievement among Master’s students in Media and Communication at KasdiMerbah University in Ouargla. It seeks to shed light on their perspectives on how to interact with this technology, reveal the challenges they face while using it, and identify the impacts of AI usage on their academic performance. It also aims to assess students’ satisfaction with what artificial intelligence offers to support their academic success.

To study this topic, we adopted a descriptive methodology for data collection, in addition to a questionnaire that was validated for accuracy and reliability. The questionnaire was distributed to a simple random sample consisting of 65 individuals from the research population, which includes 259 students, during the second semester in March of the academic year 2024/2025.

Based on the results of the study, we found that the majority of students prefer to use artificial intelligence in their academic achievement by utilizing its applications, such as ChatGPT, to help them prepare their lessons and research. Among the challenges students face when using AI technology in their studies is the difficulty in understanding the complex scientific terminology presented by AI systems.

One of the positive impacts of AI technology on students is increased confidence and the development of critical thinking skills through enhanced interaction between students and instructors. On the other hand, a negative impact is the ease and abundance of information, which can lead to student laziness in completing their research and assignments.

Nevertheless, the majority of students are satisfied with the valuable and useful information provided by AI programs, which has inspired them to join specialized courses to further develop their intellectual abilities and learn how to effectively use these tools.
