Abstract

تُعدّ قضايا المرأة المطلقة من المواضيع الحساسة التي تحظى باهتمام متزايد في المجتمعات العربية، نظراً لما تطرحه من إشكالات اجتماعية ونفسية ومهنية. تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن تأثير الوصم الاجتماعي على أداء المرأة المطلقة في بيئة العمل، مع التركيز على الأبعاد المرتبطة بالنموذج الثقافي السائد والتهميش الاجتماعي. كما تم إجراء الدراسة في ولاية تقرت، واستُخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باعتباره الأنسب لتحليل الظواهر الاجتماعية وفهم أبعادها في السياق الواقعي. ولجمع البيانات الميدانية، تم الاعتماد على تقنية المقابلة كأداة رئيسية، حيث تم التواصل بشكل مباشر مع عينة من نساء مطلقات عاملات، مما أتاح فهمًا أعمق لتجاربهن الشخصية والمهنية في مواجهة التحديات الاجتماعية المرتبطة بالطلاق

.Divorced women’s issues are among the sensitive topics that are receiving increasing attention in Arab societies, due to the social, psychological, and professional challenges they present. This study aims to explore the impact of social stigma on the professional performance of divorced women in the workplace, with a focus on aspects related to the prevailing cultural model and social marginalization. The study was conducted in Touggourt, using the descriptive-analytical method as the most suitable approach for analyzing social phenomena and understanding their dimensions in a real-world context. To collect field data, the interview technique was adopted as the primary tool, allowing for direct communication with a sample of working divorced women. This enabled a deeper understanding of their personal and professional experiences in facing the social challenges associated with divorce.
