الهاتف الذكي وانعكاسه على التواصل الاجتماعي للطفل داخل الروضة دراسة ميدانية بروضة أكاديمية الأمل حاسي مسعود

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة انعكاس استخدام الهاتف الذكي على التواصل الاجتماعي للطفل داخل الروضة،خاصة أن هذه المرحلة تُعدّ مهمة في بناء شخصية الطفل وتطويرمهاراته في التفاعل مع الآخرين،وذلك انطلاقًا من مجموعة من التساؤلات الفرعية: ماهي مظاهرالتواصل الاجتماعي مع جماعة الأقران والمربيات للطفل (4–5 سنوات) داخل روضة أكاديمية الأمل بحاسي مسعود؟ هل يختلف تواصل هذا الطفل داخل الروضة مقارنة بتواصله مع أفراد أسرته في ظل وجود الهاتف الذكي؟ كيف ينعكس ذلك على تنمية مهاراته من خلال ممارسته للأنشطة اليومية مع المربية ؟ وللإجابة عن هذه التساؤلات،تم الاعتماد على المنهج الكيفي من أجل فهم وتحليل انعكاسات استخدام الهاتف الذكي على تواصل الطفل داخل روضة أكاديمية الأمل – حاسي مسعود. وقدتم ذلك من خلال إجراء مقابلات شبه موجهة مع 5 مربيات لأطفال تتراوح أعمارهم بين 4 و5 سنوات،إلى جانب الاستعانة باستبيانات موجهة إلى 50 وليًا لهؤلاء الأطفال،قصد جمع المعطيات اللازمة حول مظاهر تواصلهم وتغيرها داخل كل من الروضة والأسرة. وقدأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن أن الاستخدام المفرط للهاتف الذكي ينعكس سلبًا على تواصل الطفل داخل الأسرة،ويضعف من تفاعله مع مربياته وأقرانه داخل الروضة،كما يعيق تنمية قدراته ومهاراته، ممايتطلب مجهودات إضافية من المحيطين به.

This study aims to explore the impact of smartphone use on the social communication of children within the kindergarten environment, especially considering that this stage is crucial in shaping the child’s personality and developing their skills in interacting with others. The research is guided by the following sub-questions: What are the forms of social communication between children (aged 4–5) and their peers and educators at Al-Amal Kindergarten in Hassi Messaoud? Does the child’s communication in the kindergarten differ from their communication with family members in the presence of smartphones? How does this affect the development of the child’s skills through their daily activities with the educator? To answer these questions, the qualitative method was adopted to understand and analyze how smartphone use influences the child's communication inside Al-Amal Kindergarten – Hassi Messaoud. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews with five educators working with children aged between 4 and 5 years, in addition to open-ended questionnaires distributed to 50 parents. The goal was to gather relevant information regarding the child’s communication patterns and how they change in both the family and kindergarten environments. The study findings revealed that excessive smartphone use negatively affects the child's communication within the family, weakens their interaction with educators and peers in the kindergarten, and hinders the development of their abilities and skills. This requires greater efforts from those around the child to support their growth
