التحول الرقمي ودوره في تحسين الاتصال المؤسساتي ( دراسة ميدانية على عينة من العمال بمؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الاجتماعية للعمال الأجراء cnas)

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة المعنونة بــ" التحول الرقمي و دوره في تحسين الاتصال المؤسساتي - دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الاجتماعية للعمال الأجراء بمدينة ورقلة"إلى محاولة التعرف على دور التحول الرقمي في تحسين الاتصال المؤسساتي بمؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الاجتماعية للعمال الأجراء cnas، و للتعمق أكثر في تفاصيل الموضوع فقد اعتمدنا في الإجراءات المنهجية للدراسة على المنهج الوصفي مع استخدام أداتي الملاحظة و الاستبيان الذي وزع على 75 عامل بالمؤسسة و استخدمنا المسح الشامل، و بناءا على إتباعنا لكل الخطوات المنهجية ، توصلنا إلى جملة من النتائج و كان أبرزها مايلي : - أكدت نتائج الدراسة أن استخدام التحول الرقمي والأدوات الرقمية ساهم في تحسين الاتصال الداخلي بمؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الاجتماعية للعمال الأجراء cnas. - كما أكدت نتائج الدراسة أيضا بأن الاعتماد على التحول الرقمي واستخدام الأدوات الرقمية ساهم في تحسين الاتصال الخارجي بمؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الاجتماعية للعمال الاجراء cnas.

The study entitled (Digital Transformation and its Role in Improving Institutional Communication) (A field study at the National Social Insurance Fund for Salaried Workers CNAS in Ouargla city), aims to attempt to identify the role of digital transformation in improving institutional communication at the National Social Insurance Fund for Salaried Workers CNAS , and to delve deeper into the details of the subject , we relied in the methodological procedures of the study on the descriptive approach with the use of the study on the descriptive approach with the use of the tools of observation and questionnaire that was distributed to 75 workers in the institution and we used the comprehensive survey , and based on our follow up of all the methodological steps , we reached a number of result , and the most prominent of with are the following : - The results of the study confirmed that the use of digital transformation and digital tools contributed to improving internal communication at the National Social Insurance Fund for Salaried Workers CNAS. - The results of the study also confirmed that relying on digital transformation and using digital tools contributed to improving external communication at the National Social Insurance Fund for Salaried Workers CNAS.
