عوامل استقطاب المعاهد المتخصصة في التكوين المهني للطلبة الجامعيين (دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الطلبة الملتحقين بمعاهد التكوين المهني بتقرت)

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على عوامل استقطاب المعاهد المتخصصة في التكوين المهني للطلبة الجامعيين بمعهد التكوين المهني رحماني أحمد بلدة عمر تقرت من خلال طرح الإشكالية التالية: ما هي عوامل استقطاب المعاهد المتخصصة في التكوين المهني للطلبة الجامعيين بمدينة تقرت؟ والتي تندرج تحته الأسئلة الفرعية التالية: ما عوامل الاجتماعية التي تؤدي الى استقطاب معاهد التكوين المهني للطلبة الجامعيين؟ ما عوامل المعرفية التي تؤدي الى استقطاب معاهد التكوين المهني للطلبة الجامعيين؟ ما عوامل الاقتصادية التي تؤدي الى استقطاب معاهد التكوين المهني للطلبة الجامعيين؟ وللإجابة على التساؤلات اعتمدت الدراسة على مجموعة من الإجراءات المنهجية المتمثلة في المنهج الوصفي بتطبيق أداة الاستمارة المكونة من أربع محاور على عينة غير احتمالية بكرة الثلج حيث شملت على 35 طالب وطالبة تخرجوا من الجامعة والتحقوا بمعهد متخصص في التكوين المهني، وبعد الاثراء النظري والدراسة الميدانية توصلت الدراسة الى النتيجة العامة التالية: تسهم العوامل الاجتماعية والمعرفية والاقتصادية في استقطاب الطلبة الجامعيين نحو معاهد المتخصصة في التكوين المهني، وذلك بأبعادها الإيجابية والسلبية، حيث يجد الطالب نفسه في مواجهة تحديات متعددة يدفعه تجاوزها الى السعي نحو تراكم الشهادات الاكاديمية والمهنية ويعود هذا التوجه تعبيرا عن طموح لتعزيز المكانة الفردية في سوق العمل. حيث تكتسي هذه الشهادات دلالات رمزية واجتماعية تتجاوز بعدها التقني لتعكس استراتيجيات إعادة التموضع داخل الحقل التعليمي والمهني.

The Study aimed to identify the factors that attract specialized Vocational training instites to university students, at the Rahmani Ahmad Vocational Training lnstitute in the town of Omar Toggourt, by posing the following problem: What are the factors that attract specialized vocational training to university students in the city of Toggourt? The following sud questions fall under this qroblem: What are the social factors lead to vocational training institutes attracting university students? What are the cognitive factors that lead to vocational training institutes attracting university students? What are the economic factors that lead to vocational training institutes attracting university students? To answer the questions, the study relied on a set of methodolgical Procedures represented by the descriptive approach by applying a questionnaire tool consisting of axes to non-probability snowball sample, which included 35 male and femelle students who graduatedfrom university and enrolled in an institute specializing in vocational training. After theoretical enrichment and field study, the study reached the fllowing general result: Soical, cognitive and economic factors contribute to attracting university Students to specialized vocational training institutes, with both positive and negative dimensions. Students find themselves fecing multiple Challengees, which in overcoming them, prompt them to strive to Accumulate academic and professional certificates. This trend reflects an ambition to enhance individual standing in the labor market. These certificates carry symbolic and sociel connotations that go beyond their technical dimension to reflect repositioning strategies within the educational and professionl field.
