إشكالية التشغيل في الجزائر وعلاقتها بالتكوين الجامعي دراسة ميدانية على عينة من خريجي طلبة جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية الموسومة ب ً إشكالية التشغيل في الجزائر وعلاقتها بالتكوين الجامعي ً الى معرفة طبيعة العلاقة الموجودة بين التشغيل في الجزائر والتكوين الجامعي من حيث مضامينه البيداغوجية التي تحصل عليها الطلبة المتخرجين من الجامعة. وقد انطلقت الدراسة من التساؤل الرئيس التالي: هل طبيعة التكوين الجامعي بما يحتويه من مضامين علمية (بيداغوجية) متعددة يرقى الى إيجاد منصب عمل للطلبة المتخرجين من الجامعة؟ ويتفرع عن التساؤل السابق مجموعة من الأسئلة الفرعية، وهي: 1. هل برامج التكوين الجامعي تتطابق واحتياجات سوق العمل؟ 2. هل الخبرة المهنية لها علاقة بإيجاد منصب عمل؟ طبقت الدراسة على عينة قدر عددها ب (60) مبحوثا لخريجي جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة، والقاطنين ببلدية "المقارين". وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لكونه يتلاءم مع الدراسة، واعتمدت على الاستمارة لجمع المعلومات والبيانات. وتوصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج وأهمها ما يلي: • ان مسألة البطالة مست مختلف التخصصات في العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بما فيها التخصصات العلمية • مشكلة التشغيل بالنسبة لخريجي الجامعة لا تقتصر على طبيعة ومضمون التخصصات فقط التي درسها المبحوث، وانما لها خلفيات أخرى ومن بينها اشتراط الخبرة المسبقة.

The current study, entitled "The Problem of Employment in Algeria and Its Relationship to University Education," aims to understand the nature of the relationship between employment in Algeria and university education, in terms of the pedagogical content acquired by university graduates. The study was based on the following main question: Does the nature of university education, with its diverse scientific (pedagogical) content, qualify for job placement for university graduates? A set of sub-questions stem from the previous question, namely: 1-Do university education programs match the needs of the labor market? 2-Is professional experience related to job placement? The study was conducted on a sample of (60) graduates of the University of KasdiMerbah, Ouargla, residing in the municipality of "Al-Maqarin." The descriptive approach was used as it was appropriate for the study, and a questionnaire was used to collect information and data. The study reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which are the following: • The issue of unemployment affects various disciplines in the humanities and social sciences, including scientific disciplines. • The employment problem for university graduates is not limited to the nature and content of the disciplines studied by the study participants, but rather has other implications, including the requirement of prior experience.
