Abstract: L’objet de cette étude consiste à l’identification de la flore fongique isolée de la tomate dans la région de Oued Righ. Ainsi que la mise en évidence de l’effet antagoniste, In Vitro et In Vivo, d’une souche de Trichoderma asperellum vis-à-vis Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici, agent causal du flétrissement fusarien de la tomate. L’inventaire a révélé un ensemble de 38 agents fongiques essentiels à la plante sujette. Il s’agit de Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Rhizoctonia spp., Alternaria spp., Cladosporium sp., Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici, Fusarium oxysporum spp., Monilinia sp., Didymella spp., Ulocladium sp., Stemphylium spp., Trichothecium roseum, Botrytis cinerea, Neotyphodium sp., Bipolaris sp., Penicillium sp., Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus flavus, Cladophialophora sp., Rhizopus sp., Trichoderma asperellum et Trichoderma spp. Un pathotype virulent de Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici a été inhibé (directement et indirectement) par Trichoderma asperellum à travers trois tests d’antagonis me à savoir : compétition, antibiose et mycoparasitisme soient des taux intéressants d’inhibitio n, atteignant jusqu’à 70%, ont été obtenus dans les essais de laboratoire. L’agent biologique a également confirmé son efficacité préventive et curative en luttant contre la fusariose soit une valeur de réduction de la maladie de 50% a été enregistré sur une variété de tomate (Tafna) infectée. Comme il a également surmonté quelques facteurs abiotiques critiques caractéristiq ues à la région d’étude (salinité et température élevées).
The aim of this study is to identify the fungal flora associated from tomatoes in Wadi Righ region. As well as the identification of the antagonistic effect, In Vitro and In Vivo, of Trichoderma asperellum strain against Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici, the causal agent of Fusarium wilt of tomatoes. The inventory has revealed a bunch of 38 fungal agents essential to the plant. These are : Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Rhizoctonia spp., Alternaria spp., Cladosporium sp., Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici, Fusarium oxysporum spp., Monilinia sp., Didymella spp., Ulocladium sp., Stemphylium spp., Trichothecium roseum, Botrytis cinerea, Neotyphodium sp., Bipolaris sp., Penicillium sp., Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus flavus, Cladophialophora sp., Rhizopus sp., Trichoderma asperellum et Trichoderma spp. A virulent pathotype of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici is inhibited (directly and indirectly) by the antagonistic Trichoderma asperellum through three named tests: competitio n, antibiosis and mycoparasitism where interest rates of inhibition, reaching up to 70%, are obtained with in laboratory tests. The biological agent also confirmed its preventive and curative efficacy in controlling Fusarium wilt with a disease reduction value of 50% recorded on an infected tomato variety (Tafna). As it overcame some critical abiotic factors which are characteristic to the study area (high salinity and temperature). The inhibitory effect of Trichoderma asperellum is then investigated through the analysis of volatile metabolites on three alcoholic extracts where the antagonistic produced a wide range of substances. About twenty of 84 cumulative compounds are fungicides, of which fatty acids (Butyric and oleic) represent the major component. Thereby, the biological agent showed a great fungicidal power that deserves to be introduced into an integrated manageme nt program against the vascular fungus tested.
