Évaluation de la durabilité des exploitations agricoles attribuées dans le cadre de la mise en valeur dans la daïra de Sidi Khouiled (wilaya de Ouargla) par la méthode IDEA (Echelle de durabilité socio-territoriale)

Abstract

Notre étude vise à évaluer et à comprendre la durabilité des exploitations agricoles dans la région de Sidi Khouild à Ouargla, en mesurant et en analysant les indicateurs de l’échelle de la durabilité socio-territoriale selon la méthodologie IDEA, à travers un questionnaire direct auprès de 20 exploitations agricoles pour comprendre leurs fonctionnements. Nous avons pris en compte les caractéristiques de agriculteurs, des exploitations ainsi que les indicateurs de la durabilité socio-territoriales de la méthode IDEA . Les résultats obtenus indiquent que la durabilité socio-territoriale est de 68 %, où le composant de la qualité des produits et du territoire 54 ,50% est le facteur limitant dans cette étude. Nous constatons une faiblesse dans la participation sociale et la gestion des déchets non organiques. D'autre part, l'élément le plus positif est l'éthique et le développement humain73,53% , grâce à la qualité de vie, au sentiment de non-isolement et à la qualité de l'accueil des travailleurs temporaires et permanents. Nous pensons que l’orientation se fait vers l’amélioration des indicateurs et que ceux positifs continueront à se maintenir tout en travaillant à l'augmentation des indicateurs qui causent une faiblesse à la durabilité agricole et aussi l’élaboration de méthodes d’évaluation prenant en considération des indicateurs spécifiques à la région.

Our study aims to assess and understand the sustainability of agricultural land in the Sidi Kheuilid region of Ouargla, by measuring and analyzing indicators of the socio-territorial sustainability scale using the IDEA methodology, through a direct questionnaire with 20 farms to understand their functioning. We considered the characteristics of farmers, farms as well as the socio- territorial sustainability indicators of the IDEA method. The results obtained indicate that socio-territorial sustainability is 68%, with the product and territorial quality component (54.50%) being the limiting factor in this study. We note a weakness in social participation and non-organic waste management. On the other hand, the most positive element is ethics and human development (73.53%), thanks to the quality of life, the feeling of non-isolation, and the quality of reception of temporary and permanent workers. We hope that the positive indicators will continue to be maintained while working to increase the indicators that cause weakness in agricultural sustainability.

تهدفدراستنا الى تقييم وفهم مدى استدامة االراضي الزراعية في منطقة سيدي خويلد بورقلة وذلك بقياس المؤشرات التابعة الستدامة االجتماعية واالقليمية وفق منهجيةIDEAوذلك بعمل استبيان مباشر ل20مزرعةإلدراكإدارةالمزارعو قدأخذنا في االعتبار خصائص المزارعين والمزارع، باإلضافة إلى مؤشرات االستدامة االجتماعية واإلقليمية لمنهجيةIDEA.وتشير النتائج المتحصل عليها إلى أن االستدامة االجتماعية اإلقليمية تبلغ66%، حيث يعتبرمكون المنتجوالجودة اإلقليمية54,50% العامل المحدد في هذه الدراسة. ونحن نرى ضعفًا في المشاركة االجتماعية وإدارة النفايات غير العضوية. ومن ناحية أخرى، فإن العنصر األكثر إيجابية هو األخالق والتنمية البشرية %72,60، وذلك بفضل جودة الحياة، والشعور بعدم العزلة، وجودة استقبال العمال المؤقتين والدائمين .نعتقدان المؤشرات االيجابية تواصل استدامتها مع العمل على ارتفاع المؤشرات المسببة ضعف الى االستدامة الزراعية.
