تكنولوجيا الإتصال ودورها في تحسين أداء المؤسسات الاقتصادية {دراسة ميدانية على مؤسسة سونطراكDP -حاسي مسعود-}

Abstract

أصبحت تكنولوجيا الاتصال تحتل مكانا محوريا في مختلف جوانب الحياة سواء على مستوى الأفراد أو المجتمعات ولم تعد هذه التكنولوجيا تقتصر على كونها وسائل مساعدة بل أصبحت جزءا لا يتجزأ من البنية التحتية للعديد من المؤسسات، خاصة تلك التي تسعى إلى مواكبة التطورات المشاركة في بيئة الأعمال المعاصرة، وفي هذا السياق تحتل المؤسسات الاقتصادية موقعا في تبني هذه التكنولوجيا إدراكا منها لأهمية ودور إستخدامات التكنولوجيا في إحداث التحولات جذرية على مستوى أنماط الاتصال، ومن هذا المنطلق توجهت دراستنا هذه إلى التعمق في تكنولوجيا الاتصال ودورها في تحسين أداء المؤسسات الاقتصادية على خلفية نظرية إستخداماتوإشباعات، وقد تم ذلك من خلال دراسة ميدانية مؤسسة سونطراك حاسي مسعود فرع DP. إعتمدنا في البداية على إدراج تساؤل حول تكنولوجيا الإتصال المستخدمة بمؤسسة سونطراك حاسي مسعود كما أدرجنا تساؤل الثاني يخص أثر إستخدام هذه التكنولوجيا على أداء المؤسسة وقمنا في الأخير بإدراج تساؤل الثالث الصعوبات التي تواجه. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف في إجراء هذه الدراسة الوصفية إعتمدنا على منهج الوصفي تحليلي الذي يفيدنا في تحليل النتائج بغية الوصول إلى تفسيرات. ونظرا لمحدودية مجتمع البحث والعينة فقد إعتمدنا على أن يكون عمال مؤسسة سونطراك وذلك إخترنا عينة عشوائية مستعينين في جمع المعلومات بأداة الاستبيان تهدف جمع البيانات التي قسمت إلى 03 محاور أساسية. وبعد جمع المعلومات ميدانيا وتحليلها توصلنا إلى جمع من النتائج أبرزها إعتماد مؤسسة سونطراك بحاسي مسعود وعمالها في عملهم على هذه الوسائل (جهاز الحاسوب الثابت – البريد الالكتروني – هاتف) وأن استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال أدى في تحسين أداء المؤسسة حيث ساهم في زيادة فعالية اتصالها داخلي والخارجي وساهم أيضا في تحسين إنتاجية عملها بشكل كبير

Communication technology has become a central element in various aspects of life, whether at the level of individuals or societies. This technology is no longer limited to being auxiliary tools but has become an integral part of the infrastructure of many institutions, especially those seeking to keep pace with developments and participate in the contemporary business environment. In this context, economic institutions occupy a position in adopting this technology, recognizing the importance and role of its uses in bringing about radical transformations in communication patterns. From this standpoint, our study aimed to delve into communication technology and its role in improving the performance of economic institutions based on the Uses and Gratifications Theory. This was done through a field study at the Sonatrach Company in HassiMessaoud, DP branch. We initially relied on raising a question about the communication technology used in the Sonatrach Company in HassiMessaoud. We also raised a second question regarding the impact of using this technology on the performance of the institution, and finally, we raised a third question about the difficulties faced. To achieve these objectives in conducting this descriptive study, we relied on the descriptive-analytical method, which helps us analyze the results in order to reach interpretations. Due to the limited research community and sample, we relied on the workers of the Sonatrach Company and chose a random sample, using the questionnaire tool to collect information. The data was divided into three main axes. After collecting and analyzing the field information, we reached a set of results, most notably the reliance of the Sonatrach Company in HassiMessaoud and its workers on these means (desktop computer – email – phone) in their work, and that the use of communication technology led to an improvement in the institution's performance as it contributed to increasing the effectiveness of its internal and external communication and also significantly contributed to improving its work productivity.
