دراسة تحليلية لواقع فشل المؤسسات المدعمة في بيئة الأعمال الجزائرية دراسة ميدانية بولاية ورقلة خلال سنة 2023

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على واقع فشل المؤسسات المدعمة في بيئة الأعمال الجزائرية وأهم الأسباب المؤدية لفشل هذه المؤسسات، يق هذا الهدف قمنا بتصميم استمارة استبيان موجهة لعينة من المهنين والخبراء في المجال بولاية ورقلة، حيث بلغ عدد الاستمارات القابلة للتحليل 65 استمارة، وقد اعتمدنا في تحليل بيانات الاستبيان على برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية (SPSS v26) ومعالج البيانات Excel. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الفشل المالي للمؤسسات المدعمة ناتج عن العديد من الأسباب منها أسباب إدارية أبرزها نقص الكفاءة المهنية، وأسباب مالية أبرزها التجاوزات في التكلفة الاستثمارية، وأسباب تسويقية أبرزها إغراق السوق بالمنتجات الأجنبية، وأسباب فنية وانتاجية أبرزها استخدام وسائل تكنولوجية غير مناسبة، أسباب خارجية أبرزها التقلبات الحادة في أسعار الصرف، وكل هذه الأسباب تخرج المؤسسات من المنافسة بسبب الوضعية المالية وهي الإفلاس.

This study aimed to identify the reality of the failure of subsidized institutions in the Algerian business environment and the most important reasons leading to the failure of these institutions. Survey data on statistical package software (SPSS v26) and Excel data processor. The study concluded that the financial failure of the subsidized institutions is due to many reasons, including administrative reasons, most notably the lack of professional competence, financial reasons, most notably the excesses in the investment cost, and marketing reasons, most notably dumping the market with foreign products, and technical and productive reasons, most notably the use of inappropriate technological means, external reasons The most prominent of which is the sharp fluctuations in exchange rates, and all these reasons exclude institutions from competition due to the financial situation, which is bankruptcy.
