Comportement de deux génotypes de blé tendre Triticum aestivum dans les conditions sahariennes (Ouled Aissa – Timimoune)

Abstract

Cette étude, menée dans une exploitation agricole privée de la région d'Ouled Aissa, wilaya de Timimoun, nous a permis d'évaluer le comportement agricole de deux variétés de blé tendre local et commercial (Triticum aestivum.L) HD 1220 et Bensalem, sous l'influence des facteurs climatiques naturels. L'expression des stades phénologiques a révélé une convergence des résultats, ce qui nous permet de les classer comme variétés précoce. Les meilleurs résultats de la hauteur tige, longueur de la feuille et talles/m2 sont obtenus par le cultivar Bensalem. Alors que la variété HD1220 a enregistré la longueur de l’épi et poids de 1000 grains les plus élevés. Ces caractéristiques et critères sont de bons indicateurs de diversité, et il est donc possible d'améliorer la valeur de cette variété locale dans le but de la protéger de la disparition et de s'appuyer sur elle comme ressource agricole.

Saharan regions abound in significant resources and capacities, capable of meeting the specific needs of the region. However, their production is limited by numerous vital constraints, the most important of which are the desert climatic conditions, notably drought, heat, and the scarcity of rainfall. This phenomenon leads to significant annual variations in cereal harvests. This study, conducted on a private farm in the Ouled Aïssa region, Timimoun province, allowed us to evaluate the agricultural behavior of two local and commercial soft wheat varieties (Triticum aestivum.L), namely HD 1220 and BS, under the influence of natural climatic factors. The expression of physiological stages revealed a convergence of results, which allows us to classify them as late-maturing varieties. The studied characters are E/m² (ears per square meter), E/G (ears per plant/genotype), PMG (thousand grain weight), as well as the calculated RDT (yield) and the ability of these agricultural varieties to possess adaptive and productive characteristics, indicating a strong internal variability of production. The results showed that the local variety obtained the best performance. These characteristics and criteria are good indicators of diversity, and it is therefore possible to improve the value of this local variety with the aim of protecting it from extinction and relying on it as an agricultural resource.

تزخر المناطق الصحراوية بموارد وإمكانيات هامة قادرة على تلبيةاالحتياجات الخاصة بالمنطقة. ومع ذلك، فإن إنتاجها يحدّده العديد من المعوقات الحيوية، وأهمها الظروف المناخية الصحراوية، ال سيما الجفاف، الحرارة، وندرة التساقطات المطرية. تؤدي هذه الظاهرة إلى تقلبات سنوية كبيرة في محاصيل الحبوب. أُجريت هذه الدراسة في مزرعة فالحية خاصة بمنطقة أوالد عيسى، واليةتميمون، وقد مكنتنا من تقييم السلوك الزراعي لصنفين من القمح اللين، أحدهما محلي واآلخر تجاري(Triticum aestivum L.)وهماHD 1220وBensalem،تحت تأثير العوامل المناخية الطبيعية. أظهرت مراحل النمو الفينولوجي تقاربًا في النتائج، مما يسمح بتصنيفهما كأصنافمتقدمة. أفضل النتائج من حيث ارتفاع الساق، طول الورقة وعدد األشطاء في المتر المربع تم الحصول عليها من الصنفBensalem. بينما سجّل الصنفHD1220أعلى القيم في طول السنبلة ووزن ألف حبة.تُعد ّ هذه الخصائص والمؤشرات دالئل جيدة على التنوع، وبالتالي من الممكن تحسين قيمة هذا الصنف المحلي بغرض حمايته من االندثار، واالعتماد عليه كمورد زراعي مهم
