مشكلة الصحة والمرض في فكر نيتشه

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تناول موضوع مفهومي الصحة والمرض من منظور فلسفي، انطلاقًا من تتبع تطورهما عبر مراحل الطب القديم والحديث، ووصولاً إلى إعادة تأويلهما عند فريدريك نيتشه. فقد ركزنا على إبراز كيف تجاوز نيتشه الفهم التقليدي لهذين المفهومين، من خلال اعتباره الصحة حالة ديناميكية خالقة، والمرض تجربة وجودية قد تحمل في طياتها معاني القوة والتحول. ومن خلال مختلف التحليلات التي عرضناها، توصلنا إلى أن فلسفة نيتشه لا تفصل بين الجسد والفكر، بل تدمج بينهما لتؤسس لفهم جديد يتحدى التقسيمات الطبية الصارمة، ويعيد الاعتبار للمرض كعنصر أساسي في تجربة الإنسان.

This study aims to explore the concepts of health and illness from a philosophical perspective, by tracing their development through the stages of ancient and modern medicine, and culminating in their reinterpretation by Friedrich Nietzsche. We focused on highlighting how Nietzsche transcended the traditional understanding of these concepts by viewing health as a dynamic and creative state, and illness as an existential experience that may carry within it meanings of strength and transformation. Through the various analyses presented, we concluded that Nietzsche's philosophy does not separate body and mind, but rather integrates them to establish a new understanding that challenges rigid medical classifications and revalues illness as a fundamental element in the human experience.
