نمذجة قياسية لاستهلاك الانترنت باستعمال طريقة (بوكس-جنكينز) دراسة حالة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر ورقلة الفترة (2019-2024)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أفضل نموذج تنبؤ لاستهلاك الإنترنت لدى مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر، مديرية ورقلة، للفترة الممتدة من يناير 2025 إلى ديسمبر 2026، باستخدام منهجية بوكس-جينكز. لتحقيق هذا الهدف، تم الاعتماد على استهلاك لفترات سابقة من 2019 الى 2024 و البرنامج الإحصائي EViews 12 للمقارنة بين النماذج المختلفة وتقدير النموذج الأمثل لبيانات الدراسة بغرض التنبؤ باستهلاك الإنترنت. أظهرت النتائج أن النموذج الأنسب للبيانات هو نموذج ARIMA من الرتبة (1,1,0)، وتشير القيم المتوقعة إلى استمرار زيادة استهلاك الإنترنت في منطقة ورقلة خلال الفترة المدروسة

This study aims to identify the best prediction model for internet consumption at Algeria Telecom, Ouargla directorate, for the period from January 2025 to December 2026, using the Box-Jenkins methodology. To achieve this goal, past consumption data from 2019 to 2024 was relied upon along with the statistical program EViews 12 to compare different models and estimate the optimal model for the study's data in order to predict internet consumption. The results indicated that the most suitable model for the data is the ARIMA model of order (1,1,0), and the forecasted values suggest a continued increase in internet consumption in the Ouargla region during the studied period
