واقع اكتشاف ورعاية المواهب الرياضية في الوسط المدرسي الجزائري

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل واقع اكتشاف ورعاية المواهب الرياضية في الوسط المدرسي الجزائري، مع التركيز على الثانوية الرياضية الوطنية بدرارية – الجزائر ,كنموذج ميداني. انطلقت الدراسة من أهمية المواهب الرياضية ودورها في تكوين نخبة وطنية قادرة على المنافسة، مستندةً إلى إطار نظري تناول مفاهيم الموهبة الرياضية، أساليب اكتشافها، وطرق رعايتها، إلى جانب مراجعة دراسات سابقة عربية وأجنبية.

اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج وصفي تحليلي، وجمعت بياناتها عبر استبيانات للتلاميذ، ومقابلات مع الطاقم البيداغوجي والإداري، إضافة إلى الملاحظة المباشرة للمرافق وبرامج التكوين. استخدم الباحث عينة عشوائية طبقية شملت 196 تلميذًا من أصل 401، مع إجراء مقابلات شاملة لـ 44 موظفًا بين أساتذة و مدربين و اداريين, بالإضافة لتحليل الوثائق و المتمثلة في المناشير و المراسيم المنظمة لعملية الاكتشاف و الرعاية للمواهب الرياضية و المنظمة للرياضة المدرسية

أظهرت النتائج وجود عوامل تساعد على اكتشاف ورعاية المواهب الرياضية داخل الوسط المدرسي، ووجود معايير تُستخدم في عملية الانتقاء. كما بينت الدراسة توفر ظروف معينة للرعاية، لكنها غير كافية لضمان تكوين نخبة رياضية متميزة، خاصة في ظل نقص التجهيزات الحديثة، ضعف الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي، والحاجة إلى تكوين إضافي للمدربين. بعد تحليل و تفسير النتائج المتحصل عليها تبين عدم تحقق الفرضيتين الأولى و الثانية في حين تحققت الفرضية الثالثة . إن التحليل العميق لنتائج الدراسة يشير إلى أن الجزائر تمتلك الإطار النظري والمفاهيمي المتطور لاكتشاف ورعاية المواهب الرياضية، إلا أن التطبيق العملي يتطلب مزيداً من الجهود والاستثمارات وخلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تحسين ظروف اكتشاف ورعاية المواهب عبر تعزيز البنية التحتية، تطوير معايير الانتقاء، توفير الدعم المتكامل، وتفعيل آليات التنسيق بين المؤسسات التربوية والهيئات الرياضية.

This study aims to analyze the reality of identifying and nurturing sports talents in the Algerian school environment, with a specific focus on the National Sports High School in Draria – Algiers as a field model. The study stems from the importance of sports talents and their role in building a national elite capable of competing effectively. It draws on a theoretical framework that examines the concepts of sports talent, methods of identification, and approaches to talent development, in addition to reviewing relevant previous Arab and international studies.

The study adopted a descriptive-analytical method, collecting data through questionnaires for students, interviews with the pedagogical and administrative staff, as well as direct observation of facilities and training programs. A stratified random sample of 196 students out of 401 was selected, along with comprehensive interviews conducted with 44 employees, including teachers, coaches, and administrators. The research also included an analysis of official documents such as circulars and decrees governing the processes of talent identification and development, as well as those regulating school sports.

The results revealed the presence of several factors that support the identification and development of sports talents within the school environment, in addition to the use of specific criteria in the selection process. The study also indicated that although certain conditions for talent development are available, they remain insufficient to ensure the formation of a distinguished sports elite, particularly due to the lack of modern equipment, limited psychological and social support, and the need for additional specialized training for coaches.

Following the analysis and interpretation of the findings, it was determined that the first and second hypotheses were not confirmed, whereas the third hypothesis was validated. Deep analysis of the results shows that Algeria possesses an advanced theoretical and conceptual framework for identifying and developing sports talents; however, practical implementation requires further efforts and greater investment. The study concluded with several recommendations, notably: Strengthening school sports infrastructure, Developing more rigorous selection criteria, Providing comprehensive psychological, social, and health support,

Enhancing coordination mechanisms between educational institutions and sports bodies to ensure a sustainable developmental pathway for sports talents.
