الإحباط النفسي لدى العمال المؤقتين ببلديات ورقلة (دراسة ميدانية على عينة من العاملين المؤقتين ببلدية ورقلة)

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى محاولة التعرف على مستوى الإحباط النفسي لدى العمال المؤقتين ببلديات ورقلة باختلاف المتغيرات التصنيفية التي تشمل(الجنس،السن،الأقدمية) اعتمد الباحثين على عينة عشوائية حجمها50عامل وعاملة مؤقتين ببلدية ورقلة في العام الدراسي2021/2022.اشتملت الدراسة على أداة القياس واحدة تمثلت في مقياس الإحباط النفسي الذي تم بناءه من قبل الباحثين على مستوى الدراسة حيث شمل على 3أبعاد تمثلت في (الكفاءة،الاستقلالية،الارتباطية) وعدد بنودها17بند ولمعرفة صحة التساؤلات من عدمها والتحقق من صحة الفرضيات كذلك تم استخدام عدة أساليب إحصائية منها(اختبار ت لعينتين مستقلتين,المتوسط الحسابي,الانحراف المعياري)،وبعد تحليل النتائج إحصائيا توصلوا الباحثين إلى نتائج أشارت إلى أن: 1- مستوى الاحباط النفسي لدى العمال المؤقتين ببلدية ورقلة منخفض. 2- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الاحباط النفسي لدى عينة الدراسة تعزى للجنس. 3- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الاحباط النفسي لدى عينة الدراسة تعزى للسن. 4- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الاحباط النفسي لدى عينة الدراسة تعزى الأقدمية. وبعد الحصول على هذه النتائج تم تحليلها ومناقشتها في ضوء الإطار النظري ونتائج الدراسات السابقة،تم اقتراح مجموعة من التوصيات.

The current study aims to attempt to identify the level of psychological frustration of Ouargla’s municipal temporary workers by different classification variables that include (sex, age, seniority). Researchers relied on a random sample of 50 Ouargla’s municipal temporary workers in the school year 2021/2022. The study included a single measurement tool, a measure of psychological frustration built by researchers at the study level, which included 3 dimensions (efficiency, autonomy, association), and a number of 17 items, and to determine whether questions are correct and verify the validity of hypotheses, several statistical methods were used, including (test for two independent samples, computational average, standard deviation..) After statistically analysing the results, the researchers reached conclusions that: The level of psychological frustration of temporary Ouargla’s municipal workers ..... 1-There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological frustration in the study sample attributable to sex. 2-There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological frustration in the study sample attributable to age. 3-There are statistically significant differences in workers' psychological frustration attributable to seniority. Following these findings, which were analysed and discussed in the light of the theoretical framework and the results of previous studies, a set of recommendations was proposed
