الطلاق العاطفي في ضوء بعض المتغيرات الديمغرافية لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي بمدينة ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدّراسة الحاليّة إلى استكشاف مستوى انتشار الطّلاق العاطفي لدى أساتذة التّعليم الإبتدائي بمدينة ورقلة، وتحديد علاقته ببعض المتغيّرات الدّيمغرافية، كالجنس وفرق العمر والمستوى التّعليمي للشريك، ووظيفة الشّريك ومكان العمل ودخل الأسرة وسكن الزّوجية. تكونت عيّنة الدّراسة من 140 أستاذا وأستاذة؛ (24) ذكرا، و(116) أنثى، بنسبة (40%) من مجموع أساتذة التّعليم الإبتدائي بمدينة ورقلة، تمّ سحبهم بطريقة عشوائيّة عنقوديّة. اعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي المقارن، وتمّ إعداد أداة لقيّاس الطّلاق العاطفي من قبل الباحثة، بما يتناسب وأهداف الدراسة. تكوّنت الأداة من خمسة أبعاد: التّواصل العاطفي، الدّعم العاطفي والاهتمام، العلاقة الحميميّة، والارتباط العاطفي، المسؤوليّات والأدوار الزّوجية، الخلافات الزّوجية وإدارتها. تمّ تحليل بيانات الدّراسة باستخدام برنامج الرّزم الإحصائيّة للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS، النّسخة 25، وتمّ اعتماد الأساليب الإحصائيّة، وهي: (تحليل التّباين المشترك، تحليل الثّنائي، ومعامل كافٍ مربّع). وأظهرت النّتائج أنّ مستوى الطّلاق العاطفي لدى العيّنة كان متوسطًا. كما كشفت التّحليلات الإحصائيّة عن وجود فروق دالة تعزى إلى متغيّر الجنس؛ حيث كانت مستويات الطلاق العاطفي أعلى لدى الإناث مقارنة بالذكور. وأشارت النّتائج أيضًا إلى وجود تأثير لمتغيّر فرق العمر على العلاقة بين الجنس وانتشار ظاهرة الطّلاق العاطفي، ممّا يعكس تفاعلًا بين المتغيّرين في تفسير الظّاهرة، وغياب الفروق في انتشار ظاهرة الطّلاق العاطفي تعزى للمستوى التعليمي للشريك ودخل الأسرة والتفاعل بينهما ولعمل الشريك والجنس والتفاعل بينهما ولمكان العمل والسكن والتفاعل بينهما. وتوصي الباحثة بضرورة توسيع الدّراسات المستقبليّة لتشمل عيّنات أكبر ومتنوّعة واهتماما أكثر بمواضيع الإرشاد الأسري. الكلمات المفتاحيّة: الطّلاق العاطفي. أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي، الجنس، فرق العمر، المستوى التعليمي للشريك، دخل الأسرة، وظيفة الشريك، مكان العمل، السكن. The present study aimed to explore the prevalence of emotional divorce among primary school teachers in the city of Ouargla, and to identify its relationship with certain demographic variables such as gender, age gap, partner’s educational level, partner’s occupation, workplace, family income, and marital residence. The study sample consisted of 140 male and female teachers (24 males and 116 females), representing %40 of the total number of primary school teachers in Ouargla. The participants were selected using a cluster random sampling method. The researcher adopted a descriptive, exploratory, and comparative approach, and developed a measurement tool for emotional divorce tailored to the study objectives. The tool comprised five dimensions: emotional communication, emotional support and attention, intimacy and emotional attachment, marital responsibilities and roles, and marital conflicts and their management. Data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), version 25. The statistical methods employed included ANCOVA, bivariate analysis, and the Chi-square test. The results revealed that the level of emotional divorce among the sample was moderate. Statistical analyses showed significant differences based on gender, with females reporting higher levels of emotional divorce compared to males. The findings also indicated that the age gap had an effect on the relationship between gender and the prevalence of emotional divorce, reflecting an interaction between the two variables in explaining the phenomenon. The researcher recommends that future studies include larger and more diverse samples and place greater focus on issues related to family counseling.
