مدى امتلاك طلبة المدرسة العليا للأساتذة بورقلة لمهارة المرونة المعرفية

Abstract

تناولت هذه المذكرة دراسة مدى امتلاك طلبة المدرسة العليا للأساتذة بورقلة لمهارة المرونة المعرفية، وأهميتها في التكيف مع المواقف التعليمية المتغيرة. تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي المقارن واختيرت عينة عشوائية من مختلف التخصصات بالمدرسة وتم تطبيق أداة تقيس المتغير الأساسي وتمت الاستعانة بالبرنامج الإحصائي (BM.SPSS)، وكانت نتائج الدراسة كالتالي: أظهرت النتائج أن الطلبة يتمتعون بمستوى مرتفع من المرونة المعرفية بشكل عام، مع عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين الجنسين، بينما وُجدت فروق بين التخصصات المختلفة. وختمت الدراسة باقتراح دراسات مستقبلية وتوصيات وحلول لمشكلات في الميدان This study examines the extent to which students at the Higher School of Teachers in Ouargla possess the skill of cognitive flexibility and its importance in adapting to changing educational situations. A descriptive comparative approach was used, and a random sample was selected from various disciplines at the school. A tool was applied to measure the primary variable, using the statistical program BM.SPSS. The results of the study were as follows: The results showed that students generally enjoyed a high level of cognitive flexibility, with no statistically significant differences between genders. However, differences were found between different disciplines. The study concluded with suggestions for future studies, recommendations, and solutions to problems in the field.
