صعوبات تطبيق الرقمنة وعلاقتها بالأداء التدريسي لدى أساتذة جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة صعوبات تطبيق الرقمنة وعلاقتها بالأداء التدريسي لدى أساتذة جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة ، وللبحث فيها اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي وبلغت عينة الدراسة 120 أستاذا جامعيا اختيروا بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة ، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استبيان صعوبات تطبيق الرقمنة ؛ وتبني استبيان الأداء التدريسي من أطروحة دكتوراه لصاحبتها موفق أسماء لتوافقه مع عينة دراستنا ، وبعد حساب بعض الخصائص السيكومترية لأداتي الدراسة ، وتطبيق الدراسة الأساسية ، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية لبيانات الدراسة بواسطة البرنامج الإحصائي spss توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية : 1) لا توجد علاقة بين صعوبات تطبيق الرقمنة والأداء التدريسي لدى أساتذة الجامعة. 2) توجد فروق في صعوبات تطبيق الرقمنة لدى أساتذة الجامعة تعزى للأقدمية . 3)لا توجد فروق في صعوبات تطبيق الرقمنة لدى أساتذة الجامعة تعزى للتخصص . 4) لا توجد فروق في صعوبات تطبيق الرقمنة لدى أساتذة الجامعة تعزى للدرجة العلمية . وتم تفسير ومناقشة هذه النتائج وفق الدراسات السابقة والواقع المعاش ، وتم تقديم مجموعة من الاقتراحات المتعلقة بالموضوع والتي ربما تساعد في فتح مجالات لدراسات أخرى ، وفي الأخير عرض للمراجع والملاحق المعتمدة والتي تبين إجراءات الدراسة التطبيقية. The current study aimed to know the difficulties of applying digitization and their relationship to the teaching performance of professors at the University of Kasdi-Merbah Ouargla.To research it, we followed the descriptive, correlation approach. The study sample amounted to 120 university professors who were chosen in a simple random manner.To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire on the difficulties of applying digitization was built.The teaching performance questionnaire was based on a thesis Ph.D., owned by Muwaffaq Asmaa, due to its compatibility with our study sample. After calculating some psychometric properties of the two study tools, applying the basic study, and after statistical processing of the study data using the SPSS statistical program, the study reached the following results: 1)There is no relationship between the difficulties of implementing digitization and the teaching performance of university professors. 2)There are differences in the difficulties of implementing digitization among university professors due to seniority. 3)There are no differences in the difficulties of implementing digitization among university professors due to specialization. 4)There are no differences in the difficulties of implementing digitization among university professors due to academic degree. These results were interpreted and discussed according to previous studies and lived reality, and a group was presented Among the suggestions related to the topic that may help open areas for other studies, and in the last is a presentation of the approved references and appendices that show the applied study procedures.
