الاحتراق النفسي لدى معلمي ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة دراســة ميــدانيـــة بمــدينــــتي ورقلة تقرت

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى الكشف عن مستوى الاحتراق النفسي لدى معلمي ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بمدنتي ورقلة تقرت. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي, واستخدام مقياس مسلاش للاحتراق النفسي وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (67) معلما ومعلمة.وتوصلت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية: - مستوى الاحتراق النفسي لدى معلمي ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بمدينتي ورقلة وتقرت منوسط. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاحتراق النفسي تعزى لمتغير البيئة التعليمية. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاحتراق النفسي تعزى لمتغير أقدمية العمل. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاحتراق النفسي تعزى لمتغير الفئة التي يتم تدريسها. The current study aimed to explore the level of burnout among special needs teachers in the cities of Ouargla and Touggourt. To achieve the study's objective, the descriptive exploratory approach was adopted, along with the Maslach Burnout Inventory. The study sample consisted of (67) male and female teachers. The study reached the following results: - Burnout levels among special needs teachers in the cities of Ouargla and Touggourt. - There are no statistically significant differences in burnout attributed to the educational environment variable. - There are no statistically significant differences in burnout attributed to the work seniority variable. - There are statistically significant differences in burnout attributed to the category being taught.
