إضطراب الجسدنة لدى الزوجة في ظل غياب الزوج دراسة عيادية لحالة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على إضطرابات الجسدنة لدى الزوجة في ظل غياب الزوج . و لتحقيق الأهداف المسطرة إستخدمت الدراسة المنهج العيادي القائم على دراسة الحالة، والأدوات المتمثلة في المقابلات العيادية نصف موجهة وإختبارتفهم الموضوع الTAT. توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - تعاني الزوجة من إضطراب الجسدنة (إضطرابات سيكوسوماتية) مختلفة منها القولون العصبي، و حساسية الجلد و ألام فقرات الرقبة. - ظهور دلالات عدم القدرة على التكيف من خلال إختبار تفهم الموضوع (TAT) تتمثل في: الصراع النفسي الذي يحرم الفرد من الأمان الشخصي فيصبح الفرد في حالة الإحباط و الخوف و القلق و هذه مؤشرات لعدم القدرة على التكيف. -أهم الميكانيزمات الدفاعية المستخذمة و هي : الكبت، النكوص، الإسقاط، االتكوين العكسي. The current study aims to identify somatization disorders among wives in the absence of their husbands. To achieve the stated objectives, the study used a clinical approach based on case studies, and tools consisting of semi-structured clinical interviews and the Thematic Apperception Test (TAT). The study reached the following results: - The wife suffers from somatization disorders (various psychosomatic symptoms) including irritable bowel syndrome, skin allergies, and cervical vertebrae pain. - Signs of maladaptive behaviors were evident on the Thematic Apperception Test (TAT), including psychological conflict that deprives the individual of personal security, leading to a state of frustration characterized by fear and anxiety, both of which are indicators of maladaptive behaviors. - The most important defense mechanisms used are: repression, regression, reverse formation, projection.
