Abstract: Technological advancement has led to the emergence of electronic transaction , necessitating the cveation of a new mechanism for proving them, as traditionel signatures are no longer compatible with their electronic nature . consequently , most legislations have regulated the issue of electronic signatures , granting them evidentiary weight equivalent to that of taditional signatures , thereby enabling parties to invoke them, particularly beford the courts. Most legislations, including the Algerian legislation, have granted the electronic signature a legal probative force equivalent to that granted to the traditional signature. Hawever , invoking it before the courts requires that it be created based on a certified electronic certificate , and through a certified electronic signature creation device
