Abstract: Algeria is making numerous efforts to rely on information and communication technology to provide banking services faster, with a great deal of creativity, and at reasonable costs. It also seeks to innovate new banking products to reach the largest number of customers. In this context, it is working to integrate digital technologies to generalize financial technology to overcome obstacles and achieve financial inclusion and digital banking transformation according to several plans that focus on different aspects such as electronic payment, electronic banks, digital currency, enhancing electronic security, and other axes that fall within the national strategy for digital transformation in the banking sector. Experts believe that achieving this strategy depends on artificial intelligence technologies and blockchain technology
