Abstract: On 2021, Algeria has ratified the agreement founding the African Continental Free Trade Area, which is the legal basis framework for regulating economic and trade relationships between African countries. with the aim of African economic integration by achieving a competitive level for the national product by setting up a legal framework in accordance with the commercial principles of the African Continental Free Trade Area, to achieve a competitive economy away against unfair competition measures. This intervention attempts to determine the Algerian legislation, which aims to achieve a competitive economy for the national product in line with the principles of the African Continental Free Trade Area.
