Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة بيان فاعلية التطبيقات الذكية في تعليم اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها، متخذةً من تطبيق «دوولينجو» نموذجًا للدراسة التطبيقية. وتسعى الدراسة، على وجه الخصوص، إلى إبراز محتوى اللغة العربية المقدَّم للمتعلمين في التطبيق، ومعايير تصميم محتوى تعليمي مناسب لقواعد اللغة العربية، فضلًا عن تقصّي أثره في تطوير المهارات اللغوية الأربع: الاستماع، والقراءة، والتحدث، والكتابة. كما تبحث الدراسة في مدى كفاءة التطبيق بوصفه بديلًا متطورًا وسريعًا مقارنةً بالمعلم التقليدي. واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي شبه التحليلي، كما صُمِّم استبيان بوصفه أداةً رئيسةً لجمع البيانات، وُجِّه إلى عيّنة من الطلبة الأجانب. وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود بعض العوائق والصعوبات المتعلقة بقواعد النحو العربي، مع تأكيد أهمية حضور المعلم بوصفه عنصرًا تكامليًا لتحقيق البراعة والطلاقة اللغوية. كما خلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تقديم توصيات تسهم في تطوير المحتوى العربي في التطبيقات التعليمية الرقمية الذكية، بما يواكب حاجات المتعلم الأجنبي ومتطلباته.

Cette étude examine l'efficacité des applications numériques pour l'apprentissage de l'arabe aux non-arabophones, en prenant l'application Duolingo comme étude de cas. Plus précisément, elle vise à mettre en lumière le contenu linguistique arabe proposé aux apprenants au sein de l'application, les critères de conception d'un contenu pédagogique adapté à la grammaire arabe, et son impact sur le développement des quatre compétences linguistiques : compréhension orale, compréhension écrite, expression orale et expression écrite. L'étude explore également l'efficacité de l'application en tant qu'alternative moderne et performante aux enseignants traditionnels.

L'étude a employé une méthodologie descriptive semi-analytique et a utilisé un questionnaire comme principal outil de collecte de données, administré à un échantillon d'étudiants étrangers. Les résultats ont révélé certains obstacles et difficultés liés à la grammaire arabe, tout en soulignant l'importance de la présence de l'enseignant comme élément essentiel à l'acquisition de la fluidité et de la maîtrise linguistique. L'étude conclut en recommandant des améliorations du contenu arabe des applications numériques éducatives afin de mieux répondre aux besoins des apprenants étrangers.

This study examines the effectiveness of smart applications in teaching Arabic to non-native speakers, taking the “Duolingo” application as a model for an applied study. In particular, the study seeks to highlight the Arabic language content provided to learners through the application, as well as the standards for designing educational content that is appropriate to the rules of the Arabic language. It also investigates the application’s impact on developing the four language skills: listening, reading, speaking, and writing. Furthermore, the study explores the extent to which the application can serve as a modern and efficient alternative to the traditional teacher. The study adopts a descriptive semi-analytical approach and employs a questionnaire as the main tool for data collection, which was administered to a sample of foreign students. The findings revealed the existence of several obstacles and challenges related to Arabic grammar rules, while also emphasizing the importance of the teacher’s presence as a complementary element in achieving linguistic proficiency and fluency. The study further concludes with recommendations aimed at improving Arabic content in smart digital educational applications in ways that meet the needs and expectations of foreign learners.
