This study presents a simulation of perovskite solar cell performance using SCAPS-1D software, focusing on the effect of different electron transport layers (TiO2, ZnO, and SnO2), as well as the influence of thickness and temperature on cell performance. The results show that all materials exhibit good performance, with SnO2 achieving the highest efficiency of about 25.9%. ZnO recorded the best fill factor, while TiO2 showed stable and acceptable behavior. The study also indicates that performance varies with both thickness and temperature, with optimal results obtained at 300 K and different optimal thicknesses for each material. These findings highlight the importance of numerical simulation in optimizing solar cell design before experimental implementation-
