| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to show how digital transformation helps improve job performance in education institutions in the province of Souk Ahras, based on the views of directors of educational institutions at all three levels of education. A descriptive analytical approach was used in this study. An electronic questionnaire was distributed to a number of directors in the three educational stages – primary, middle, and secondary – with a total of 48 administrators responding. After conducting various tests on the study's hypotheses, we concluded that there is a somewhat weak correlation between digital transformation and job performance. and that digital transformation has no significant impact on job performance in educational institutions in the province of Souk Ahras from the perspective of administrators. | en_US |
