| Abstract: | This study aims to highlight social entrepreneurship as an effective tool and an alternative for achieving sustainable development, as well as for contributing to the establishment of a fair economy that targets all segments of society, ultimately leading to comprehensive social well-being. This is achieved through the analysis of the experiences of three leading countries, namely Malaysia, Singapore, and Egypt. In light of the current economic and social challenges, these countries seek to adopt innovative economic models that strike a balance between financial sustainability and social impact. The study concludes, based on the analysis of these experiences, that the success of social entrepreneurship in these countries is primarily attributed to the availability of an appropriate legislative and regulatory environment, in addition to the adoption of innovative financing mechanisms and policies by each country |
