This work studies the effect of fluid properties on oil well performance using nodal analysis and PIPESIM. The study was applied to Well X21 in the Hassi Messaoud Oil Field using real field and production data. A simulation model was built to analyze the influence of parameters such as gas-oil ratio, viscosity, density, bubble point pressure, and water cut on well behavior and production stability. The results showed that stimulation operations improved the productivity of the well, while the increase in water cut caused important pressure losses and reduced the natural flowing capacity after stopping the nitrogen lift operation. Several production solutions were evaluated, including tubing modification and Gas Lift installation. The study showed that Gas Lift is the most suitable solution for maintaining stable production under the current reservoir conditions. This work confirms the importance of fluid characterization and numerical simulation in understanding production problems and improving well performance.en_US
