Etude Dédoublement et modernisation de la RN03 sur 20 km Du Pk 510 au Pk 527

Abstract

تُعد شبكة الطرقات من أهم ركائز التنمية االقتصادية واالجتماعية، إذ تساهم في تسهيل تنقل األشخاص والبضائع وتعزيز المبادالت التجارية. ومع التزايد المستمر في حجم حركة المرور، أصبحت العديد من المحاور الطرقية تعاني من االكتظاظ وانخفاض مستوى الخدمة، مما يؤثر سلبًا على سالمة وراحة مستعملي الطريق.وفي هذا اإلطار، يندرج مشروعنا ضمن مجال البنية التحتية للنقل، وبالتحديد في قطاع الطرقات، حيث يتمثل في دراسة مشروع ازدواجية وعصرنة الطريق الوطني RN03 على طول 02 كلم، بين النقطتين الكيلومتريتين PK510 و.PK527 والذي يهدف إلى تحسين انسيابية حركة المرور، والرفع من مستوى السالمة المرورية، وزيادة القدرة االستيعابية للطريق بما يتالءم مع متطلبات الحركة الحالية والمستقبلية.وعليه، ترتكز هذه الدراسة على تحليل وتصميم هذا المشروع وفق المعايير التقنية المعمول بها، مع األخذ بعين االعتبار مختلف المعطيات الميدانية والمرورية، من أجل اقتراح حلول هندسية فعالة تضمن إنجاز منشأة طرقية آمنة، مستدامة، وذات أداء وظيفي جيد

Le réseau routier constitue l’un des piliers essentiels du développement économique et social, en raison de son rôle fondamental dans la facilitation du déplacement des personnes et des marchandises, ainsi que dans le renforcement des échanges commerciaux. Avec l’augmentation continue du volume de trafic, plusieurs axes routiers connaissent aujourd’hui des problèmes de congestion et une dégradation du niveau de service, ce qui impacte négativement la sécurité et le confort des usagers. Dans ce contexte, notre projet s’inscrit dans le domaine des infrastructures de transport, et plus précisément dans le secteur routier. Il porte sur l’étude du projet de dédoublement et de modernisation de la Route Nationale RN03 sur une distance de 20 km comprise entre les points kilométriques PK510 et PK527. Ce projet vise à améliorer la fluidité du trafic, à renforcer la sécurité routière et à augmenter la capacité d’absorption de la route afin de répondre aux besoins actuels et futurs. Ainsi, cette étude repose sur l’analyse et la conception du projet conformément aux normes techniques en vigueur, tout en prenant en compte les différentes données de terrain et de trafic. L’objectif est de proposer des solutions techniques efficaces permettant la réalisation d’une infrastructure routière sûre, durable et performante

The road network is considered one of the essential pillars of economic and social development, due to its fundamental role in facilitating the transport of people and goods, as well as strengthening commercial exchanges. With the continuous increase in traffic volume, many road sections are currently experiencing congestion problems and a deterioration in the level of service, which negatively affects the safety and comfort of road users. In this context, our project falls within the field of transport infrastructure, and more specifically within the road sector. It concerns the study of the duplication and modernization project of National Road RN03 over a distance of 20 km between kilometer points PK510 and PK527. This project aims to improve traffic flow, enhance road safety, and increase the roadway capacity in order to meet both current and future demands. Thus, this study is based on the analysis and design of the project in accordance with the applicable technical standards, while taking into account various site and traffic data. The objective is to propose effective engineering solutions that ensure the realization of a safe, sustainable, and high-performance road infrastructure.
