أثر التكلفة الاقتصادية على القرار الاستثماري (دراسة حالة IAPخلال الفترة 2022-2025)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم أثر تطور هيكل التكلفة في المعهد الجزائري للبترول (IAP)على كفاءته الاقتصادية بفرع حاسي مسعود لنتمكن من الوصول إلى دور أدوات مراقبة التسيير في تقييم بدائله الاستثمارية، وتحليل أثر هيكل التكاليف (الثابتة والمتغيرة) على جدواه الاستثمارية وبالتالي الحفاظ على ديمومته واستقراره المالي. ولتحقيق الهدف ناقشنا الإشكالية التالية :" كيف تؤثر التكلفة الاقتصادية على كفاءة القرار الاستثماري في المعهد الجزائري للبترول IAPخلال الفترة (2022-2025)"؟،وللإجابة على الإشكالية المطروحة ،أجريت الدراسة على مشروع استثماري المتمثل في جهاز المحاكاة SIMULATURالتابع للمعهد بحاسي مسعود حيث تم إجراء مقابلات و قدمت لنا ميزانيات وجدول نتائج وفواتير من أجل حساب المؤشرات المالية للمعهد عامة والجهاز خاصة، واختبار فرضيات الدراسة .وقد توصلنا إلى مجموعة من نتائج أهمها: تحول التكلفة الاستثمارية للجهاز إلى قيمة مضافة ،بينت الدراسة ان مشروع جهاز المحاكي يمثل نموذجا للاستثمار الناجح الذي عزز المركز المالي للمعهد وساهم في تحقيق استقلاليته نجاح المعهد في جعل التكاليف الاستثمارية الكبيرة "ثابتة "مقارنة بالإيرادات

This study aims to assess the impact of changes in the cost structure at the Algerian Petroleum Institute (IAP) on its economic efficiency in the Hassi Messaoud branch. The objective is to understand the role of management control tools in evaluating its investment alternatives, and to analyze how the cost structure, fixed and variable costs, affects the investment feasibility of these projects, thereby helping to preserve the Institute’s sustainability and financial stability.To achieve this goal, we addressed the following research problem: How does the economic cost influence the efficiency of the investment decision at the Algerian Petroleum institute(IAP)during the period 2022–2025)?To answer this question, the study was carried out on an investment project represented by the SIMULATUR simulation device owned by the Institute in Hassi Messaoud. Interviews were conducted, and budgets, results tables, and invoices were provided to calculate the Institute’s financial indicators overall and the device’s indicators, as well as to test the study hypotheses. The study reached several key findings, the most important of which are: the transformation of the device’s investment cost into added value. The results also show that the simulation device project constitutes a successful investment model that strengthened the Institute’s financial position and contributed to achieving its operational and financial independence.
