Abstract: This thesis optimizes the Gas Lift performance of three wells equipped with a Concentric Tubing completion. Using PIPESIM simulation, the economic optimum gas injection rate was determined for each well, while keeping the injection depth fixed due to practical field constraints. Results showed that a strategic reallocation of the available lift gas—reducing over-injection in one well to kick-off a dead well and boost an under-performing one— increased total field production by 52.4 m³/d. This significant gain was achieved without increasing total gas consumption or compression requirements, proving the high technical and economic efficiency of the optimization strategy
