This work includes a study of the impact of faults on oil and gas well testing and their geological characteristics using well testing analysis, allowing for determining the productivity of fault- affected wells. The study was conducted on two fault-affected wells, NHBHJ1 and WRDC2B, in the Rhoud echega and Rhoud al-Amar fields, after undergoing DST testing. Data was collected and analyzed using the Saphir softwere to obtain well testing results and provide information regarding the impact of faults on well testing analysis, with regard to well performance and reservoir boundaries. After analysing the results of the well test and gathering the necessary informations, we concluded that drilling well near faults may negatively affect well productivity, as it reduces the area of drawdown or flow, resulting in lower production compared to wells not affected by faultsen_US
