تأثير الامتثال الضريبي على ديمومة وإستمرارية المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر (دراسة حالة مؤسسة NET SERVICE OGX -ورقلة-)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على تأثير الامتثال الضريبي على المؤسسات الناشئة وهذا من خلال القيام بدراسة استكشافية حول الموضوع بالاعتماد على المقابلة الشخصية التي أجريت في المؤسسة الناشئة NET SERVICE OGX مع مدير المؤسسة على مستوى حاضنة جامعة ورقلة. وبعد التعرف على الموضوع من جوانبه النظرية والتطبيقية وكذا دراسة الحالة خلصت الدراسة الى أن مؤسسة NET SERVICE OGX تتمتع بمستوى جيد من الوعي الضريبي كما أن درجة الالتزام بالتصريحات الضريبية واحترام الآجال القانونية مرتفعة. وهذا رغم وجود عدة عراقيل تتمثل في التأثير الايجابي للامتثال الضريبي على الأداء المالي للمؤسسات الناشئة وقد أكدت النتائج أن الالتزام الضريبي يساعد المؤسسة على ضمان الاستمرارية في خضم التطور الاقتصادي الحاصل.

This study aims to highlight the impact of tax compliance on startups. It does so through an exploratory study based on a personal interview conducted at the startup NET SERVICE OGX with its manager at the University of Ouargla incubator. After examining the topic from theoretical and practical perspectives, as well as conducting a case study, the study concluded that NET SERVICE OGX possesses a good level of tax awareness and demonstrates a high degree of compliance with tax declarations and legal deadlines. This is despite several obstacles. The study also highlights the positive impact of tax compliance on the financial performance of startups, confirming that tax compliance helps the company ensure its sustainability amidst ongoing economic development.
