الاكتئاب ما بعد الولادة وعلاقته بالتوافق الزواجي لدى نساء حديثات الولادة دراسة ميدانية بالمؤسسة الإستشفائية الأم والطفل بوخريص عمر-بورقلة

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the nature of the correlation between postpartum depression and marital adjustment among new mothers at the Mother and Child Hospital in Ouargla. The study adopted a descriptive approach with a sample of 50 postpartum women, who were selected purposively. To collect the data, two instruments were used: the Beck Depression Inventory and the Spinner Marital Adjustment Scale. After processing the data using SPSS software and relying on appropriate statistical methods, the following results were obtained: - 1Postpartum depression scores are high among new mothers. - 2There is a statistically significant relationship between postpartum depression scores and marital adjustment levels among the sample. - 3There are no statistically significant differences in marital adjustment among new mothers based on age. - 4There are no statistically significant differences in marital adjustment among new mothers based on educational level. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة الارتباطية بين الاكتئاب ما بعد الولادة والتوافق الزواجي لدى نساء حديثات الولادة بمستشفى الأم والطفل ورقلة، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي لعينة من النساء في مرحلة ما بعد الولادة البالغ عددهم 50، تم اختيارهن بطريقة قصديه، ولجمع البيانات تم استخدام أداتين هما مقياس بيك للاكتئاب ومقياس سبينر للتوافق الزواجي، وبعد معالجة البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS والاعتماد على الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: 1- درجات الاكتئاب ما بعد الولادة لدى النساء حديثات الولادة مرتفعة. 2- وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات الاكتئاب ما بعد الولادة ومستوى التوافق الزواجي لدى أفراد العينة. 3- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التوافق الزواجي لدى نساء حديثات الولادة تبعا لمتغير السن 4- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التوافق الزواجي لدى نساء حديثات الولادة تبعا لمتغير المستوى التعليمي.
