الكمالية لدى عينة من النساء المصابات بالسرطان دراسة ميدانية بمستشفى محمد بوضياف- ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن الكمالية لدى عينة من النساء المصابات بالسرطان بمستشفى محمد بوضياف – ورقلة – و من هنا جاءت التساؤلات التالية • ما مستوى الكمالية لدى عينة من النساء المصابات بالسرطان؟ • هل تختلف درجات الكمالية لدى النساء المصابات بالسرطان باختلاف السن؟ • هل تختلف درجات الكمالية لدى النساء المصابات بالسرطان باختلاف الحالة الاجتماعية ؟ و من خلال التساؤلات تمت صياغة الفرضيات الآتية : • نتوقع مستوى مرتفع من الكمالية لدى النساء المصابات بالسرطان. • توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجات الكمالية لدى النساء المصابات بالسرطان تعزى لمتغير السن (≤39 سنة )( >39 سنة). • توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجات الكمالية لدى النساء المصابات بالسرطان تعزى لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية ( عازبات )( متزوجات ). و للتأكد من صحة الفرضيات تم استخدام مقياس الكمالية لــ حسين فايد 2005 ، و بعد التأكد من ملائمة المقياس و خصائصه السيكومترية ، تم تطبيقه على عينة الدراسة المقدرة ب (50) ، امرأة مصابة بالسرطان بمستشفى محمد بوضياف – ورقلة – و تم اختيار العينة بطريقة العينة الميسرة ، و قد تم اختيار المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي تمت معالجة البيانات بعد جمعها و تفريغها باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي للعلوم الإجتماعية "SPSS V23" وكانت نتائج الدراسة كما يلي : • مستوى الكمالية منخفض لدى النساء المصابات بالسرطان • عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الكمالية لدى النساء المصابات بالسرطان في مستشفى محمد بوضياف – ورقلة- تعزى إلى متغير السن(≤39 سنة )( >39 سنة) . • عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الكمالية لدى النساء المصابات بالسرطان في مستشفى محمد بوضياف – ورقلة- تعزى إلى متغير الحالة الإجتماعية ( متزوجات و عازبات ). و في الأخير تمت مناقشة النتائج وفق التراث النظري ، و الدراسات السابقة The present study aimed to investigate perfectionism among a sample of women diagnosed with cancer at Mohammed Boudiaf Hospital in Ouargla. Accordingly, the study sought to answer the following questions: • What is the level of perfectionism among women diagnosed with cancer? • Are there statistically significant differences in perfectionism scores among women diagnosed with cancer according to age? • Are there statistically significant differences in perfectionism scores among women diagnosed with cancer according to marital status? Based on these questions, the following hypotheses were formulated: • A high level of perfectionism is expected among women diagnosed with cancer. • There are statistically significant differences in perfectionism scores among women diagnosed with cancer attributable to age (≤39 years vs. >39 years). • There are statistically significant differences in perfectionism scores among women diagnosed with cancer attributable to marital status (single vs. married). To test these hypotheses, the Perfectionism Scale developed by Hussein Fayid (2005) was used. After verifying the suitability of the instrument and its psychometric properties, it was administered to a sample of 50 women diagnosed with cancer at Mohammed Boudiaf Hospital in Ouargla. The sample was selected using a convenience sampling method. The study adopted a descriptive-exploratory approach, and the collected data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), Version 23. The study yielded the following results: • The level of perfectionism among women diagnosed with cancer was low. • No statistically significant differences were found in perfectionism levels among women diagnosed with cancer at Mohammed Boudiaf Hospital in Ouargla attributable to age (≤39 years vs. >39 years). • No statistically significant differences were found in perfectionism levels among women diagnosed with cancer at Mohammed Boudiaf Hospital in Ouargla attributable to marital status (married vs. single). Finally, the findings were discussed in light of the theoretical literature and previous studies
