الإدمان الرقمي لمواقع التواصل الإجتماعي وعلاقته بالإكتئاب لدى المراهقين المتمدرسين المقبلين على شهادة الباكالوريا

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين إدمان مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي والاكتئاب لدى المراهقين المقبلين على اجتياز امتحان شهادة البكالوريا. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، اعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته لطبيعة الموضوع وأهدافه. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (60) تلميذًا وتلميذة من المقبلين على اجتياز امتحان شهادة البكالوريا، بواقع (30) تلميذًا و(30) تلميذة، من ثانويات مدينة تقرت، حيث تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية. وللإجابة عن تساؤلات الدراسة والتحقق من فرضياتها، قامت الباحثة بتطبيق مقياس إدمان مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي من إعداد بسمة حسين عيد يونس (2016)، بالإضافة إلى مقياس بيك للاكتئاب. وبعد جمع البيانات، تمت معالجتها وتحليلها إحصائيًا باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، بهدف الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين متغيري الدراسة..(spss) تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية • توجد علاقة طردية متوسطة بين إدمان مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي والإكتئاب لدى المراهقين المقبلين على شهادة الباكالوريا. • توجد فروق بين الجنسين في إدمان مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي لصالح الذكور . • توجد فروق بين الجنسين في الإكتئاب لصالح الذكور. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between social media addiction and depression among adolescents preparing for the Baccalaureate Examination. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher adopted the descriptive method, as it was considered appropriate to the nature and objectives of the study. The study sample consisted of 60 male and female students preparing for the Baccalaureate Examination, including 30 male students and 30 female students from secondary schools in Touggourt, who were selected using a random sampling method. To answer the research questions and test the hypotheses, the researcher administered Basma Hussein Eid Younis’s (2016) Social Media Addiction Scale and the Beck Depression Inventory. The collected data were statistically analyzed and processed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), in order to examine the nature of the relationship between social media addiction and depression among the study participants. The following results were reached: • There is a correlational relationship between social media addiction and depression among the study sample. • There are differences between genders in social media addiction. • There are differences between genders in depression.
