جودة الحياة لدى المرضى المصابين بأمراض نادرة الذئبة الحمراء نموذجا،دراسة عيادية لحالتين

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية المعنونة بــــــــ: "جودة الحياة لدى المصابة بالذئبة الحمراء" الى الكشف عن مستوى جودة الحياة عند السيدة المصابة بهذا المرض ولأجل ذلك قمنا بطرح الإشكالية التالية: "ما مستوى جودة الحياة لدى السيدة المصابة بالذئبة الحمراء؟" وهذا انطلاقا من فرضية أن السيدة المصابة بالذئبة الحمراء لديها جودة حياة منخفض. لأجل هذا تبنينا المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب استكشافي معتمدين في ذلك على أسلوب دراسة الحالة، كما استخدمنا الأدوات البحثية المتمثلة في كل من: المقابلة، الملاحظة، ومقياس المرضى المزمنين المكيف على البيئة المحلية للباحثة حياة تواتي. ولقد شملت دراستنا عينتين تمثلتا في سيدتين (32 و41 سنة) وبعد تطبيق المنهج المذكور آنفاً، أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على ما يلي:  جودة حياة الحالة الأولى متوسط،  جودة حياة الحالة الثانية جيدة. وخلصت الدراسة لضرورة الاهتمام بجميع الابعاد التي من شأنها رفع مستوى جودة الحياة لدى المصابين بأمراض مزمنة ونادرة. The present study, entitled “Quality of Life among Women with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus”, aimed to investigate the level of quality of life among women affected by this disease. To achieve this objective, the following research question was formulated: “What is the level of quality of life among women diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus?” This was based on the hypothesis that women with systemic lupus erythematosus experience a low level of quality of life. To address this issue, the study adopted a descriptive exploratory approach using the case study method. The research tools employed included interviews, observation, and the Quality-of-Life Scale for Chronic Patients adapted to the local environment by the researcher Hayat Touati. The study sample consisted of two female participants aged 32 and 41 years old. Following the application of the aforementioned methodology, the findings revealed the following:  The first case demonstrated a moderate level of quality of life.  The second case demonstrated a good level of quality of life. The study concluded with the necessity of paying attention to all dimensions that may contribute to improving the quality of life of individuals suffering from chronic and rare diseases.
