اقتراح موقع الكتروني مبتكر لربط المؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية بمحيطها الاقتصادي " موقع Industry Connect DZ أنموذجا"

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اقتراح قيمة مضافة للقطاع الصناعي الجزائري من خلال تصميم وتطوير منصة إلكترونية مبتكرة تحمل اسم Industry Connect DZ، تسعى إلى ربط المؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية بمحيطها الاقتصادي وتسهيل عمليات التواصل والتبادل التجاري بين مختلف الفاعلين الاقتصاديين، سواء بين المؤسسات فيما بينها(B2B)أو بين المؤسسات والمستهلكين (B2C)، حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال تحليل واقع المؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية، ودراسة أبرز التحديات التي تواجهها في مجالات التسويق، والبحث عن الموردين والعملاء وإدارة المعاملات التجارية، إضافة إلى تقييم فرص الاستفادة من التقنيات الرقمية الحديثة في تحسين الأداء الاقتصادي للمؤسسات الصناعية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن اعتماد منصة رقمية متكاملة مثلIndustry Connect DZيمثل أداة فعالة لدعم التحول الرقمي في القطاع الصناعي، من خلال توفير بيئة إلكترونية موحدة تسهم في تطوير المعاملات التجارية، وتسهيل تبادل المعلومات والخدمات بين مختلف المتعاملين الاقتصاديين وتقليص التكاليف التشغيلية، مما يعزز فرص التعاون والشراكات الاقتصادية ويسهم في دعم القدرة التنافسية للمؤسسات الجزائرية

This study aims to propose added value for the Algerian industrial sector through the design and development of an innovative electronic platform called Industry Connect DZ. The platform seeks to connect Algerian industrial enterprises with their economic environment and facilitate communication and commercial exchange among various economic actors, whether between businesses (B2B) or between businesses and consumers (B2C),The study adopts a descriptive-analytical approach by examining the current state of Algerian industrial enterprises and identifying the major challenges they face in marketing, supplier and customer acquisition, and commercial transaction management. It also evaluates the potential benefits of modern digital technologies in enhancing the economic performance of industrial enterprises, The findings reveal that the adoption of an integrated digital platform such as Industry Connect DZ represents an effective tool for supporting digital transformation within the industrial sector. By providing a unified electronic environment, the platform contributes to improving commercial transactions, facilitating the exchange of information and services among economic stakeholders, and reducing operational costs. Furthermore, it enhances opportunities for cooperation and economic partnerships, thereby strengthening the competitiveness of Algerian enterprises and supporting their integration into the digital economy
